Pav bhaji (Marathi: पाव भाजी, also transliterated as pao bhaji and pau bhaji) is a fast food dish native to Maharashtrians and is popular in most

Ingredients
1/2 cup any other vegetables
1 piece butter
1/2 number carrot
2 piece cauliflower
1 bunch chopped coriander
1 tbsp coriander pdr
1 number eggplant small
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch jeera
2 number onion
1/2 cup peas
2 number potatoes
1/2 tsp saunf pdr
3 number tomato
1 pinch turmeric
Directions
for curry
• Heat butter in pan and add cumin,chopped onion and garlic and ginger. Fry until garlic turns slightly brown. Add the tomatoes and gr chillies and cook with all spices till mashed and well done . Add all the vegetables. Salt and some water (add more water if u like the bhaji thin). Bring to Boil. Remove from flame and add butter top it with chopped onion, and Butter.

Bhajji for pav bhajji is a spicy vegetable stew that you sop up with the soft small breads.
• Serve hot with bhaji and a piece of lemon and chopped onion

I made this for my family. My husband is Indian and his friend is also Indian who ate with us. They loved it, and I liked it. It tasted better on the streets in Mumbai... but I'm not sure what was missing. It could had just been my mistake. Everything I've ever made from Vahchef has turned out amazing

15 yrs!!! Wow… thank you, chef. You inspyso many recipes in our kitchen when uploading videos to RU-vid was a new phenomenon. I have learnt so much sublime cooking from you and every time i tried your recipes, guests were floored. One of your best recipes i always make is rajmah. Lip smacking good it is. Thank you for making these videos when shooting these videos was difficult. When ever I have few veggies left in my fridge I end up doing pav bhaji. Its awesome taste with any veggies in it and in the process i clean up my fridge n make space for fresh veggies!!! Truly amazing dish! Thanks again.

i save up all my leftover subzis and at the end of the week i make pav bhaji. This time i will actually make the pavs myself. you are very entertaining and I look forward to more and more recipes. I am a gauri with a Punjabi boyfriend and thank goodness for your recipes or I would have been long gone if i couldnt cook his favs. loveyou!!!!

Sanjay Thanks ever so much for sharing your recipes. My family and I love to watch you - your enthusiasm and passion for cooking is contagious. I have been in the kitchen a lot more since watching the vahchef videos on youtube. Veg biriani was good, rajma was good, but truly the best so far was bhaji to go with pavs. I am pretty good at baking so I made a bunch of soft pavs and the bhaji took it over the top! I had even everyone licking their fingers. I now know how spicy to make it. Thanks

hi, i made pavbhaji today for dinner, for my best frnd specially! he is about to come lets see how it goes..... well i have used kashmiri mirch to get red color, i used ghee instead of butter and i used pumpkin, radish, zucchini, beans, bottle gourd(lauki) and peas with that im using garlic tomato chutney ..... lets! see how it works on him

Made it today for dinner. Turned out awesome. Followed same recipe but added capsicum instead of egg plant. Also used low fat canola oil mixed butter to heat buns and used veg cooking oil to make Bhaji or curry. Super hit !
