This sport can be a very lonely sport. I have become my main support system. Every morning when I have my cup of coffee I review my previous day (training intensity, sleep, diet, and overall adherence to my plan). Knowing that I will be reviewing the next morning makes me do good every day.

I just started a challenge of 12 weeks for myself. I made a spreadsheet with weekly workouts, cardio, measurements, macros. Every time I do the workout of the day, I change the color of the cells to green. If I skip something, I change to red. And that's how I see in front of me if I'm doing well. So far everything is green 😊 ending week 4 on Saturday. Also announced it on my You Tube video for everyone to see....let's hope I don't make a fool out of myself 😅

I love each topic! A good way to keep me on track. I do check in every week, measurement even posing video. Never miss a Sunday check in even when I travel. I embrace the non-scale victories when my lines don’t show when deep in improvement season. Thank you 🙏🏼

I tell on myself… I talk to my mom about binge episodes or my brother about falling off track. Something about confessing brings me back on track.. must be shame and guilt. 😅

To stay accountable to myself I do daily weigh ins, have my race training plan on my fridge and cross off runs as they get done, always have some type of goal to work toward. Remind myself of the big goal regularly 🎉

I have a coach even when not competing. Ensuring to do a check in weekly even when its a bad week. Meal prepping every Sunday and having meals packed in fridge to just grab and go to work.

I write my goals in the gold eights on several pieces of paper and I post it in different spots in my house. In my bathroom so I’m looking at it first thing in the morning on the refrigerator so I’m not opening up the refrigerator door and eating mindlessly lol

I coached my friend and the shop doing her dress wouldn’t go down more than one size and she said “I don’t think you get that my friend will get me there” but they wouldn’t budge. She got two sizes down 6 weeks before the wedding and the shop agreed to pay for a new dress but they didn’t think they could make it in time. Luckily, the wedding was cancelled because of covid lockdown in the UK so they got her her dress eventually 😂

I hear people say get a workout partner alot, but at both my gyms, literally everyone I see working out with a partner seems to do more hanging out than working out. I guess it depends on the people

Noooo, that would be impossible 😅 also, I don’t weigh myself on Showday. They don’t weight bikini competitors like the do in men’s divisions.
