Great video! I’m a no gi jiujitsu guy and I’ve recently stumbled on double overhooks as a counter to people body locking me when I am on bottom. I’ve been able to slowly expand it to other positions and scrambles if someone goes for an underhook on me. Not sure if I can explain how I’ve been executing them but the style of double overs I’ve been using involves me gripping my hands together and extending my arms downward so I am using more of my triceps and pecs to do the work rather than pulling up where my biceps would be doing the work. I’ve been able to use it against some bigger and better guys with good success. I’ve found it to be less tiring and more effective at controlling their elbows and separating their elbows from their body. My question is do you know of any wrestlers who do double overs in that fashion? Hope that made some sense

Is it dumb to purposely give guys double unders? Cause I feel very comfortable with double overs and everyone seems to want double unders
