Hi Dr. Mandel. Just a mention. The foods you recommend for circulation have a lot of oxalates in them and if you have a problem with them, you would not want to eat so many. Thanks for all your help.

I noticed that also. Not every food is good for everyone, it depends on each ibdividuals health. But there are some foods that are good for no one! It is too bad that Dr's don't get education in nutrition. Heck, part of the time the meds they prescribe are a crap shoot 🔫, because if a patient has a problem with the first one, there are others to try. I asked for a referral to a nutritionist. I went to the first doctor who told me I seem to know about as much as she did . This comment fascinated me because I have no formal education in nutrition! What I know is from my family's , my own , and friend's health, and about two years of research on the internet! The second person I saw was impressed by my knowledge and we had a very interesting conversation. It was an exchange of info. One was a nutritionist, the other was a Dietician. I forgot what the difference is. The VA uses both terms interchangeably but they are not the same. I'm seeing 👀 a nutritionist now. I would suggest anyone who is diagnosed with diabetes ask for a referral to a Diabetes educator. These people specialize in nutrition for diabetics, especially if your diagnosing doctor tells you to follow the regular "food pyramid " or the normal " my plate recommendations". Either of these diets need to be modified at bedt. Also there are two terms one is low glycemic index ( which most diabetes are familiar with). The other is low glycemic load. This term I heard for the first time a few months ago. Look it up. Ask your diabetes doctor about it if you haven't heard of it before. Thanx Dr Mandel for your video's! I'm also thankful for those who leave comments, whether I agree with them or not! I learn so much from them. It's awesome that people show support for each other! If this happened more in the world, in general, the world 🌎 would be amuch better place. Also, one thing that stands out about Dr. Mandel is that he looks like he practices what he preaches ! I read a study that stated that the number one reason patients don't follow doctors' advice is that many of them don't look or sound like they follow their own advice! Wish I could remember where I read the article. I'd like to be able to reference it hear. I deal with bad brain fog! It took me > 1/2 hr to write this! GREAT HEALTH TO ALL! It would be great to be able to see Dr Mandel to get a medical accessment!

Really appreciate this information because I get numbness in my legs my hands and fingers and I am over 50 years of age I will make use of these exercises and try to incorporate more beets in my diet I do take magnesium glycinate with d3

I was raising my legs up against the wall wiggling my feet when all of a sudden I became acutely aware of my legs like they were taking on a life of their own, I never considered how important legs are, they're probably the most abused and ignored limbs on our bodies, love your legs and treat them with respect.

I have chemo related neuropathy- it causes burning and tingling pain. These are great exercises to do Dr. Mandell. Thank you. Walking daily helps. I'm on a blood thinner and cautious not to fall.

I went to doctor because I had swelling in calf and ankle. I received a x-ray. Then a month later it was still swelled. A doctor in my family said go to emergency. Received an ultra sound, revealing a clot by my knee. I was on heparin IV immediately for 2 days. Swelling went down . I was stubborn, being strong 70 year old thinking I hurt ankle doing some concrete work. Be safe and if your foot is swelled and red you may want an ultra sound fast! Peace and thanks doctor.

I was in my best shape at 40. Now am 61 and working in the garden, housekeeping for a living, you are helping me with tools I need for circulation exercises and some wonderful encouragement. From ears to toes. This information is really great! Thank you. Please keep encouraging how much taking care of our bodies helps our mind with any depression people may have too, as our mind is part of our body. Lots of people don't realize the supplement Vitamin D is needed to help with depression where we dont have much sun, because Vitamin D is in the sunshine. Small steps work. Set your alarm all for time to do these helpful tips.

Time was, I was a serious bodybuilder, and had heavily muscled legs in conjunction with the rest of my body. I could walk 10 miles with a full pack in my 40s. Today, in my 70s, I've shrunken to the point I can't walk 60 meters without having to stop from the cramping and pain in my legs. Swelling from lymphoma in my lower legs is severely bad. I do elevate my legs against the wall, but hardly enough. I will combine the exercises here with light weight training. And most importantly, do them all REGULARLY! The VA has done nothing to help me with the lymphoma, but that's normal for them, as they don't really care about old veterans. However, you are! Thank you for caring about us all!👍

Thank you for your service. You can now go to any medical doctor. Trump passed that. Don't go to the VA. Try to get the book the Dr. Gerson diet and the Budwig diet. It is organic raw foods eaten or blended in smoothie. Along with Flax seed oil, blueberries and supplements like NAC, Shitake Mushrooms, Tumeric with pepper, Moringa, black seed oil. Bob's Red Mill baking soda...can't recall..I think 1/4 teaspoon in water a day. C doesn't like non acidic. NAC or Ivermectin I hear helps kill the big C.

Sir, instead of lifting legs against wall.I use up against couch or bed.my flexibility is not as good so I stretch one leg at a time for 30 seconds, resting the other leg on couch.just switch back and forth for 10 minutes. Do before bedtime and you will sleep like a baby.I am 67. Good luck and good health.

I do these exercises daily . I end up with Embolism Pulmonary, it's something you will never forget. Anytime I'm sitting , I will always move my legs and feet . Keep The Body Moving !! There's 3 Glutes and if they aren't working right , they become Lazy and your Hips will become Weak. And if that happens , you will have health issues . My right hip is very weak , and now I have Trendelenburg Gait. There's a chance, I'll have to have Hip Surgery , I made appt to my Orthopedic to have Xray done.

My concern, I’m sure this is what I wanted to hear, here you are. However still a jump start brings a bit of concerned with the transition from poor diet, low to poor circulation to a new diet, exercising . At 70 my Question : My condition varies, to do so much in pushing fluids so fast or the quantity is it to much towards the heart. Embolism pulmonary sounds like a challenge for some like me who know smoking, now in awareness. I enjoy the video 100% .

In winter my feet are always cold and I am very uncomfortable. The only time they're not is when I am in bed sleeping. I'm 58. I have slow heartbeat where my resting heart rate is about 48bpm. I'll certainly try what you have suggested.

I have a 5” plate in my left foot. I am 68 yrs old. I have neuropathy. I’ve notice both of my feet tingle in the morning up above my ankles and my skin feels numb. Once I am awake for a bit it doesn’t bother me anymore, except for the neuropathy issue.

I’m 39 years old and in the last couple of years I’ve noticed I’ve suffered knee pain on and off. It gets really bad, the area on the knee gets hot and inflamed. I must try these exercises at my job and at home. Pain is unbearable at times.

These are excellent! I do the legs up the wall. If you can try a rebounder and do a few minutes several times per day it’s really helped my sluggish lymphatic system.

Thank you for this valuable life changing message. In 2019 I was diagnosed with neuropathy on my leg nerves from job injury. Doing these has reduced my leg weakness, pain, tingling and numbness. I can now pick up the wet wash cloth in the shower with my foot, toe curls.❤❤

The white part of the watermelon is delicious if you cut it away separately and slice it thin. You can mix it with cucumber if you want, but either way a hefty dose of the vinegar that you're always recommending is quite tasty with that, and you can slice some cucumber with it for a salad. I like it better than eating it with the red part, because on its own it doesn't feel like a disappointment after the sweetness of the red.

my feet and ankle mobility, with tight hips quads and calfs feel like they are moving through sand whilst they shouldn't be any resistance. need to get seriously checked over. but appreciate all your content, so much of it is for me. have a MASSSIVE veign in my calf which bulges out randomly, and runs all the way up and is visible in the calf, on right side, then have a veign in neck which feels quite thick. who cares hey but still.
