Ever found yourself repeating the same negative patterns that cause you chronic pain and stress? If you have, you’ll know they can sometimes be so deeply ingrained that breaking free from them feels impossible.
But don’t underestimate your ability to liberate yourself from these chronic patterns . . . you have more control than you realize.
The first step to reclaiming your peace is to consciously identify the root cause of that pain. Ask yourself: “What is the one big domino I could shift that would make the most difference to my well-being?”

This is well articulated, allowing for a person to isolate the problem with laser-like accuracy and then act. This 'short' can be life-changing. 🙏

Being with a narcissist for over 2 years I gradually started having less and less energy, I was getting ill, head aches every day, kidney problems because of so much stress. Now I've separated with him for last two months it's crazy how much better I feel, how much more energy I have, I can do things all day and even though I'm suffering underactive thyroid that causes exhaustion, I still have energy in me

Def mostly family members because we are always blinded first by the fact that we are related... and yet it's where we first have to overcome the toxicity. By the time we encounter it outside, we have been taking it at home.

@@KG-bliss That's because usually the mother is promoting everyone to try and get on..But it doesn't work. I come from a family of male narcissist 3 of them and one of the siblings is a passive aggressive he's nearly 60 and for the past 25 years acted like he's better than everyone, knows everything, everyone else is wrong and age as with dad did not make him any better. We were a family of 7 kids I don't have anything to do with any of them. I've spent my whole life being looked down upon and bullied and put down so they could feel better about themselves.

Agree 💯 percent. It was painful to disassociate with my toxic family members, but I realized how much energy I was wasting trying to constantly defend myself! I'd rather be solo on holidays then to be with these "emotionally draining" folks!! Be blessed y'all! 🙏💗😇

@@PawcassoStudioz DITTO.. I absolutely loved and idolised my mom when we were growing up and just think oh why do these things keep happening to her, then I grow up and became a parent and realised She was the cause of lot of her problems, this grown adult woman, never took personal responsibility for her decisions and actions and just did the same thing over and over and then wondered why thinks never turned out differently. It was like the body of 60 y.r with a 16-18 teenager inside. It was everybody else fault, no these were her choices, decisions.

This is exactly correct! People can do this to you, you valued these people very much and their ill treatment of you tires you, it is especially really hard to remove these same people when they are family or people you love

So if I remove my pain it grows back, it’s always there even when I remove it. What’s your solution for that?

You are 100% correct, Matthew! I had to disengage from my toxic family members, and I have never looked back! I was too " emotionally drained" to even be in a healthy relationship with a man... Things are positively changing!! 🙏💗🫂
