Just a little pointer instead of using a sifter for almond flour I use a pastry cutter....works fantastic!

I used a sifter, and it clogged my sifter. I put it in the dishwasher, not sure if I was supposed to put it in the dishwasher or not. Oh well, lesson learned.

here's a few ideas for fat loss naturally Make sure you consume enough water - I recommend eight cups daily. Set a max amount of chips Sweets sugary drinks you have daily. Cut down snacks or have fruit or vegatables. Keep a record what you eat and refer back to it to see how you can cut down. (I learned these and the reasons they work on 4WeightLossDiet.blogspot.com )?

Placing the ice in the pan with the oil will intensify a reaction almost as if you you put the meat in the oven Placing a lid over it will create steam which will allow the cheese to melt evenly

Made the recipes and they turned out fantastic, the chia pudding only lasted me 3 days as I couldn't leave it alone and the Mcmuffins were so very good, lots of flavor and stayed with me well through lunch, I never felt hungry. Thank you, these recipes will be a staple in our household. Very very good!

@@keithkrohn409 I actually reheated my biscuits in the toaster, and while I made my eggs, (I like them over easy), I heated the sausage in the same pan.To get the eggs to be round, I cooked them in a mason jar lid, worked like a charm.

I use the chia seed pudding as a filler for my crepes. Topped with yogurt that I prep by mixing in berries and sometimes honey. Then I drizzle honey over the top of my crepes as desired. So delicious!!

I have to let you know how AWESOME the Chia Pudding is! I’ve already made 3 bowls over the past week using Stevia! I didn’t think I’d like the taste of Stevia in the pudding but it came out soooo delicious! I limit myself to 5-6 ounces at a time (breakfast, afternoon snack and night time snack) otherwise I’ll bury my face in it!🤣🤣🤣🤣😋

I made the biscuits last night and it was delicious!! The only thing I would change is omit the onion and garlic powder, it was a little strong for my taste. I would prefer a more plain tasting biscuit. I don't know why I never thought of making my own sausage patties, it was so easy.Thank you for the recipe!!

I think it looks yummy, but I would suggest putting at least a 1/4 cup of heavy cream in pudding. Ups the fat content and the flavor too.

you dont need to "up the fact content" on a Keto diet, especially if you are trying to lose weight. Carbs should be restricted to 5% of your daily caloric limit (or aim to keep it under ~20g of carbs per day) Protein should be a goal and a limit of 35% of your daily caloric limit. Fats should make up the rest of the calories you eat that day, but they aren't a "goal", they should just be the filler between your 'carbs+protien calories' and your daily maximum calorie intake. If you are on keto for weight loss for weight loss, then you shouldn't be trying to 'up your fat intake' unnecessarily just to hit a "fat goal". There shouldn't be a fat goal at all, just a carb and protein restriction goal, and an overall daily calorie restriction goal.

you and @ThaddeusKnight are technically saying the same thing; I think thaddeus point is that; if you eating lets say only 20grams of fat instead of upping it you can just adjust the other protein and maybe 0 carbs for that day instead of eating more food or adding more fat just to reach a certain percentage because the ratio will weight out ..whether its 60, 30, 10 or 45, 25, 30 either way its 100% and if you find yourself in a pinch you just have to adapt because fasting helps with Keto too...as long as your carb intake and protein intake is little to none....and your fat is higher that's Keto so your both right because 2 people can be on a Keto diet but intake be different due to genetics or simply how much cardio one does over the other that's why some people ratio differ there is a base you can start out at but in the end its what's best for your body.

There are no essential carbs. 0-7 per meal, to keep insulin from spiking is key. A plate should be FAT first, then a measured amount of protein (approx 1/2 the amount of fat) ... Weight loss happens when hormones are balanced and inflammation throughout the body has been eliminated. Calories aren't an issue, esp. ones from good fat, which is very difficult to over eat. Nutrients are more bio available from meat and eggs than from carb laden foods such as vege and the small amount of fruit allowed.

I made the biscuits this morning and at first, I thot the dough was too wet, but the baking powder started blowing it up with air within a minute, so it worked out okay. However, I only got 7 biscuits. >8-/ So, next time I'monna make a log out of the whole thing and cut it into 8 even pieces. It was too highly seasoned for me so I'll be halving the onion/garlic powder. I dumped balsamic pulled pork all over them and it was BOMB!!!

I never comment on videos, but you are the first. I have been on Keto for 4 months. One food have been longing for is some kind of bread. I have followed several different Cloud Bread recipes and waisted several eggs and cream cheese. It goes in looking right but never comes out correctly. I only have a toaster oven, so I hope that is my mess up due to temperature or something. Anyways, I found your site by this biscuit recipe and immediately subscribed. This biscuit recipe is the best! The texture reminds me of cornbread. I have used it with my breakfast sandwiches and used it as cornbread with my other dishes. Even made it like hush puppies. Cooked a few min in my toaster oven and then a few in my air fryer. I have fallen in love with air fryer. Anyways, I just want to say, thank you for the time and flavor you have put into your recipes. I have several more lined up to start cooking. You got me back excited about cooking again. I am so glad I found your channel. Oh tried this bread with close friends and my grown kids. They all think it has meal mix in it. Thank YOU!

Look up "keto buns" on YT. There are several good breads based on almond and/or coconut and/or oat fiber with yeast. If you see one with lots of eggs, they are basically making cake loafs. If you don't like the high cost of almond/coconut flour you can make you own for less than half the cost. I generally find the bun recipes much better than the loaf recipes.

Just dicovered, if the sausages are slightly frozen it is Sooooo much easier to split the skin and get the meat out. Make sure the meat is completely defrosted before continuing with the recipe. Love this video, keep up the good work!

I made these biscuits this morning and the biscuits themselves are sooooo good. They taste like cheddar bay biscuits from Red Lobster. Going to have to make this an open face sandwich in the future to cut back on the cals, but the biscuits are delicious 👌🏻

I always make a keto mug bread with essentially the exact same ingredients... just without the 15 min baking wait. Takes 1 min and 30 secs to microwave the bread, perfect timing for the egg cooking in the pan to build a sandwich.

Hi, dissolve your tsp of cinnamon in very hot water in equal portions: 1 tsp hot water to tsp cinnamon and it will evenly disperse in your batters, mixes, etc.

Just purchased the cookbook a couple days ago and this was the first meal I made. Absolutely dynamite! Bread is amazing, made the eggs a little too thick. Used the kerrygold cheddar from Costco to avoid lactose. I always made a salsa mayo with my breakfast sandwiches in the past which i will add next time. Wanted to stick with OG for 1st attempt. Going to make stuffed pork chops tonight.

Hello and thank you for your delicious meals. I am a subscriber also 72 yrs young and a grandma of four and love to cook even one of the grand kids is aspiring to be a cook! Just quickly to say I have tried the "McMuffins" lol! they are super and so right on with the directions and ingredients.This so helpful when you are craving bread. Also the old school meatloaf was fantastic. Bobby you have a gift my friend for cooking and nice to have a pretty partner (wife) to assist. Oh yeah and your camera man, love the cat that swallowed the canary grin on him. He is unique and fun! I was a vegetarian for years and now have started Keto. Ice cubes slows down actual cooking and the liquid as moisture and prevents burning but it also causes steam to rise whilst the pot is covered which facilitates the melting of the cheese

I would say the ice cubes is for creating water substance to help create steam and the top is to help create and hold the steam in

2 cups almond flour 1/2 teaspoon of garlic & onion powder 1/2 teaspoon of loser salt Sprinkle black pepper 2 teaspoons of baking powder Set to side. Wet items: 2 eggs 1/2 cup of melted Grass fed butter. Mix. Then, mix wet on dry. 350 degree oven. Form biscuits, patty to thin biscuit. Crack black pepper on top. Chia seed pudding: 1 cup almond milk and coconut milk 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon Vanilla bean extract Pinch of salt

The ice lowers the temperature around the meat so it doesn't get over cooked. The cover is to capture the steam which is what helps melt the cheese faster...also to keep the meat from being over cooked. As an added pro-tip, you can actually buy egg forms that go straight into the pan that allow you to make the circles a bit easier, such as these: www.amazon.com/RSVP-Endurance-Egg-Rings-set/dp/B0000VONZ2 or you can go really nuts and just buy a pan that forms them like this: www.amazon.com/MyLifeUNIT-Aluminum-4-Cup-Frying-Cooker/dp/B073CJLFNH

Just made these biscuits today and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I have tried a number of keto breads and this one is probably my most favorite so far. It doesn't have that egg taste like most recipes do. However, I would alter the amount of kosher salt added. Just a but to add strong for me bit other than that, I can't really complain.

Thanks Bobby, you sure gave us some great ideas. I have made chia seed jam, but never thought about pudding. I can't wait to try it. My cast iron skillet is my favorite pan in the kitchen. Those biscuits looked great! I look forward to making them. I predominantly use homemade almond flour so it will be interesting to see how different they turn out. Thanks again.

That's how you can make restaurant perfect eggs also. (sunnyside up). A little water or ice put the lid on and you won't have to flip the eggs. When the yellow turns a light white they are perfect and runny in the middle.

Hi. I use an ice cream scoop. After you place dough on pan use parchment paper to flatten. Much easier. Does not stick.

I don't know how I ran into your vid but you were at Aldi's and I appreciate it so much especially the cage-free eggs that sometime I'll spend $5 for and I did learn about cage-free doesn't necessarily mean that out there in the Meadows doing nothing it just means a little more space to do it then normal caged birds and I ran into your breakfast sandwich vid which I'm trying to eat protein first thing in the morning so I'm going to try these breakfast sandwiches and I will get back to you thank you very much for your enthusiasm and your wife is very very intelligent I'm going to wet my hand from now on when I form burgers etc...

At 9:00 in you add shredded cheese from a store-bought bag. In other videos you say to always shred your own cheese because store-bought isn't nearly as good. Please clarify. Thanks!

I just learned after making these biscuits you have to be careful what brand and kind of out almond flour you use. When I calculated the carbs for each biscuit mine came out to 8 grams of carb per biscuit. The carbs on the almond flour I used was 5 gram per 2 Tablespoon

You to do dry on wet slowly. A bit of dry in the wet and mix. Continue this until all of the dry is thoroughly mixed in the wet. If you do wet on dry you will most likely have a clumpy mixture. Try both ways and see which works better for you.

You can cook the eggs in a ramekin, in the micro wave, only takes a minute and it comes out the right size.

Cook the eggs in little ramekin, that way you don't waste any eggs ! Put some pam in and goes one eggs in and cook in oven a few minutes.
