In this video you will find Daily breath work before you start your practice or at the end of your yoga practice. Ensure that you are on an empty stomach or have eaten atleast couple of hours before this practice. This is not a tutorial, it is just for you to practice with everyday. The tutorial videos on all the breathing exercises and Pranayamas are already on my RU-vid channel.

Hello madam...i have a question...."can I do pranayama (anulom vilom or kumbhak) after gym or workout...means 2-5 minutes after...?

The day i discovered your videos, i have not looked elsewhere. Such a systematic way of doing pranayama everyday. I have a suggestion. Can you make a video for longer time of the same routine? Like maybe kapalbhaati upto 100 times or progress holding breath for upto 2 mins slowly. Please make more videos of pranayama it helps a lot.

Hi Rashmi I am 74 and doing your stretching exercises. Founding it very good. Your instructions has an hipnotic effect. In this particular breathing to the beats is not very clear. Am i supposed do normal inhale exhale during the beats and forcefull breath out(basthrika in between).Thanks.

Thank you for the Video sir/madam. I have a doubt which is confusing me a lot. Could you please suggest me. My question is while performing Pranayama it is said that our stomach should rise up while inhaling and stomach should go down while exhaling. But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Please anyone here please help me out.....

Hi Rashmi, I like all your videos and light background music. I have one request can you pl make one 15-20 minute Pranayam video in order of 1. Agnisar. 2. Kapalbhati 3. Anulom Vilom 4. Bhrastika 5. Ujjayi 6. Brahmani and last but not the least 7. Ujjayi. Each pranayama for 2-3 minutes would be great. Basically the purpose is to do every day daily pranayama with in 15-20 mts before work. I would really appreciate if you could pl honor my request. GOD bless you!

Holding the breath is said to strengthen the lungs. And in yogic terms to increase the prana in your system. I like the flow of doing kapalabhati and then holding the breath because you work on getting rid of the toxins and then work on increasing the prana but you don't have to practice it in that order necessarily.

You can have a sip of water if you are thirsty but if you do breathing exercises like kapalabhati etc after drinking a glass of water your tummy will hurt :)

You may feel light headed but if you don't feel comfortable then listen to your body and stop.

You can do alternate nostril breathing and shanmukhi mudra. For kapalabhati if you have period cramps I would avoid doing it for the first two days.

Yes I accidentally met ur video while looking for yoga and started watching 3 more. But I think pranyamas can be a bit longer and instructions like to stay focus on breathe for a while. And let know if pranayama has particular sequence... Great videos and clear while instructing. Post a new video for pranayama it ll be helpful.

There's no special pranayama for 60 plus only..these can be followed by all ages as long as you don't have existing medical conditions.

Nice one Rashmi. Thanks. Also one doubt, in the beginning of the video you mentioned breathing exercises are best done in the beginning of exercise routine, but I like doing the breathing at the end of my exercise sessions. As the breaths are deep. Is it ok?

There is no time line to get over anxiety. Just keep at it and practice yoga and meditation and you will feel better soon.

You can do it either before or after. I prefer doing it before and ending with a shavasana.
