Hi Rashmi. Your videos for yoga for the elderly have a special place in my heart. My grandmother was suffering from hyperacidity from quite a long time. With the COVID-19 pandemic and she getting a partial paralysis worsened the things for her since she couldn't go out then and roam and socialize. This ultimately even worsened her acidity. I saw your videos and thought I could just play them before her and ask her to follow along. Even if she didn't have any formal education and couldn't understand English, she would (at times) happily follow along with you and utter the words (definately, wrongly 😅) that you say. I must say those 15-20 mins of the Yoga kept her mind occupied and relieved the acidity to some extent. She recently passed away about an year back. I never forget to thank God that he relieved her out of her physical and mental agony. In the world where everybody is focused on commercializing things, you did an extraordinary job putting up these videos on RU-vid and helping millions out there like me and my grandmother. Thanks a ton once again. Keep Going 💪

Totally agree. I discovered you and your beautiful yoga around 3 or 4 years ago for my mum who enjoys doing yoga with you. She is now 95 yrs old and continues to do her chair yoga everyday. Thank you for this. I was looking for something to do with my father but have continued it by myself. I find it a great session for lunchtime to ease my shoulders and prepare me for the afternoon at work. I'm 54 so not just for the elderly 😊

Please try and check your vitamin D3 levels. I had the same problems some years ago and was advised to check my vitamin D3 levels. They were low, since taking the supplements of vitamin D3 (5000iu) daily in the morning.Take at magnesium supplements 400mg daily at night. Talk to your doctor first before taking the supplements. I hope this will help you out. 🙏
