Brioche col tuppo are very soft, perfect to be enjoyed with granita but also filled with ice cream.
Taste them even fresh from the oven, without anything, they are VERY GOOD.
They can be stored in the freezer already cooked or before the last leavening.
INGREDIENTS
250g of Manitoba flour
250g of flour 00
100 ml of whole milk
100 ml of water
2 medium eggs
75g of butter
100g of sugar
10g of fresh brewer's yeast or 4g of dry yeast
7g of salt
1 teaspoon of honey
a teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract or the seeds of half a berry
an egg + 1 teaspoon of milk + 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
