@@nickcove7355 yeah they hate them sadly, but it was Yamaha’s fault the rules changed. They bent them for the release of the first four stroke mx bikes from Yamaha so they’d sell.
@@ArmathuX that's awesome, my oldest kid is ready to ride and I think I'm going to start him on a 125 in the spring. I thank you guys for inspiring me to get back to riding off road. I still love seeing the old two strokes. 👍
My buddy got a brand new 1995 CR80 back then. Those colors were awesome. I’ll never forget taking that bike for a ride. I use to ride a 1981 XR80 and there was no competition between the two. Sometimes I really miss them days as a dumb kid. 😛😛😛
My younger brother has a 93 CR 250. They weren't much different than the 95's, so back in the day people who already had one would switch out the factory tank fairings for the ones off the 95 along with the fork protectors to get the 95 CR look on their 93. I have an 81 YZ 465, but currently it's just a rolling chassis and a bunch of parts until I can fork out for the stuff to fix it. There has just been more important things to pay for first. :)
@@ArmathuX now i am driving yz85 and want to switch. I am thinking about yz250 and yz250f and yz450f, i am riding in woods generally. Are there to much differences between 250f and 450f
@@trxmh i would but i dont know about the conumptions, if somenone know can comment i need to know what are the consumption on 250 2stroke and 450 4 stroke
Never warm up your bike by just idling it when it's a two-stroke ride it slow through the gears pulling the clutch and rev it for about 5-10 minutes ask any pro or Google it on here
Why on earth would Honda not make two strokes again? They are losing so much revenue to other manufacturers. Two strokes are now more popular than ever before.
