This interview is so legendary!!! Nobody is better at interviewing then b-high. So much respect for bun b being the man that he is. I learned a lot about loyalty, respect and perseverance watching bun b over the years as a youngin.
Facts bro. Other host in our cultures act like fools and be setting up artist surrounding straight negative crap. Especially Adam 22 and Vlad. Stay up homie🤙🏾💯💪🏽
@@d-247infantry9 B-high love for the culture is very obvious. Them other cats you mention is just trying to get views and generate strife or beef to up their revenue.
Haven’t bumped Swishas and Dosha in at least a decade. Bumped it last night though out the blue, then woke up to this super dope convo on one of the hardest tracks ever made, hands down. RIP Pimp C
As a 37 year old man, who was first introduced to the Pimp and the Bun while listening to the Menace II Society soundtrack with my older cousin back in 93, I can definitely say UGK has had an impact in my life! Ridin Dirty is so often in people’s top ten, but I feel like Underground Kings is their Magnum Opus…that album is CLASSIC front to back!
I Love Their Music, I Think Personally That Underground Kings Is Their Best Album. I Love Still Ridin' Dirty, Chrome Plated Woman, International Player's Anthem, How Long Can It Last, Quit Hatin' The South And Many Other Cuts On There. 💯
He wears his sincerity/good nature right out on his sleeve. It’s real, it’s refreshing, and all too rare. Truly, imo, that’s the goal, and lord knows it’s exceptionally hard to achieve, even harder to maintain. All the blessings and good fortune to B-High for being him. 🙏🕉 ♥️ 🌌🐺
Murda and One Day are still the majority of what I see in the south as UGK staples, but damn their catalog is REAL NASTY AND FULL OF BARS.SALUTE AND R.I.P. PIMP C
That's fucked up because Bun and Pimp were makin' heavy noise back then even beyond the south. But Bun said that they had to put together their own promotional tours? God Bless Them Both! I've been a fan of ugk since 1994 when I was a kid and still is. 💯
Facts. My sister used to live in Port Arthur back in the early 90s. Tat first UGK tape I got from her, changed my life. Lol. Took it my friends and had us all hooked ever since
@@Ponds2Pelagics I’m listening to underground Kings album right now. I’m kinda upset no one forced me to listen to this. As an artist that is just finding my style this is gonna help me big time
We are blessed to still be relevant in this culture! Y’all have no idea the love that we have for each other! We NEVER have to be all in each other’s face everyday to know that we have that love. And nobody can break that; we will ALWAYS be in the hearts of our dedicated fans!!
This man knows when to talk and when to let the Artist go in without interrupting. So annoying when the interviewer over talks and interrupts the guest. Great Job!!!
Man Bun giving a dope interview this is long over due. Good interview by bhigh I could listen to bun for days he has a way with story telling #RipPimpC
Man swishas and dosha, the game belongs to me, and gravy all so fucking good man no one can replicate this southern country rap tunes sound just legendary
I think Uncle Bun B and James Prince would be doing a dishonor to hip hop and the whole world and the whole south if they don’t do a UGK movie we need that shit this would be an amazing story for the culture 💯
Pimp c was ascending into something Larger than Texas has ever seen and then it was cut short. On that intro pimp is talking some serious shit that at that time no one did since 2pac. And the man was 33!!!
I'm not from Texas and been rocking with bun and pimp c since the early 90s Underground rap was so authentic back then because you heard all the real music that wasn't being played on the radio!!
I dont think Bun understand how legendary he is. His name should be mentioned more with the greats like Nas, Em, Biggie, Pun, Andre 3000 etc. He's an underrated MC
BHigh The Goat forreal 10 years in Interviewing your favorite artist mainstream & underground. I love Sway , Vlad, Hot 97 , Drink Champs & Breakfast club. But B been consistent & grinding. Those other outlets get those people because they all in NYC outside of Drink Champs & that’s part of a press run. B reach out to people and they reach out to him because they love the platform. Organically grown to 200k subscribers. Love that complex & these other sites showing B.High love
You face booking and my spacing, playing games with them boys, I’m in the streets where gangsters meet, while you online with them boys. - Bun B (swishers and doja)
Jive should have allowed Bun an executive position in the company with a full salary while Chad was incarcerated. Bun would have tapped right into all of that talent flowing out of Houston and Jive’s Stock would have skyrocketed. Dummies.
The fact that the pimp & the bun is the first song they recorded when chad first got out man that’s so legendary. Great vibes as soon as he got out man rest in power to the pimp it’s going down in Houston 🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿
