hey guys, hope you are doing well and having a great start to the year and a healthy January! 💛 🍋
You may have seen in my previous video that I am embarking on a calorie deficit weight loss, challenge to try and lose those last 10lbs! 👙
I’m sticking to a 1,400 cal a day limit Monday to Friday by eating what I like on the weekends. I popped into Sainsbury’s, and I found some really great deals which I couldn’t help but share with you, so I hope you guys enjoyed this peek into the type of things that I’m picking up at the grocery store and my calorie deficit food haul 👌
