"Can you beat Twilight Princess before a Blood Moon occurs?" Similar to the Metal Gear franchise challenge, just has to beat TP before a Blood Moon happens in BOTW.
This actually is nastolgic for me since the switch version was the first one I finished the main story in while playing as a wood elf with the link armor. I always got too distracted by mods to finish the story on pc.
The most powerful thing in all your skyrim video is vegetable soup. Not fire, not lightning, not a bow and arrow, and currently not mystic weapons built by the greatest smith's in all the land but the soup of the gods.
One question... have you tried "Can You Beat Fallout 4 as Guido Mista?" There's a mod that has Mista's outfit and changes the .44 pistol sound to the one used in JJBA.
Did you play docked or handheld, playing handheld throttles the game back to increase battery time, this does mean the game looks worse and loading times are bad
The Greybeards probably needed a strong drink after they realized the Dragonborn they'd called was the same nearly naked elf they'd seen ride a clearly stolen horse up the mountain for what seemed like no reason.
Read a fanfic one time that was a crossover between Twilight Princess and Skyrim. It's not done but I like what had been written so far. I also read another one, but it was a crossover between Botw and Skyrim. It only has one chapter so far and I want the author to continue it.
And for diluting multiple bloodline nanely the hyrulian royal family and the gerudo and the zora. And then a bunch of pissed off dads after him for making their sons...bussy appreciators.
@@nemohimself2580 lover's lab? Sounds weird, i'll check it out then, it would be cool to use enchantings and change the name of the weapon like in Minecraft. No i could finally have *the Vampire Killer*
@@samanthamalikov7157 Why?! For playing the way I want to by creating a character and naming them however I want to? That's kind of the point of a (role playing) game.
@@Nerbit13098 Mario would actually have a surprising amount ot abilities to take advantage of if you did Elder Scrolls Fire Flower, Ice Flower, Hammer (I think he used a hammer anyways), etc.
You could definitely hear his exhaustion regarding that subject, don’t know which is worse though, the time consuming Dawnguard merchant glitch, or the blacksmith exploit. Probably the merchant glitch, too many variables and the constant reloading is tiring after a while, not to mention the load times.
I had an interesting Fallout video idea: Can you beat Fallout 4 as Neo from The Matrix? As for the rules don't really know. Maybe: -you can only use the 9mm pistol or your fists -you can only fight under the influence of Jet -you need to wear a black coat (maybe the silver shroud coat) and sunglasses What do you think?
If you don't want to do jet constantly, there's a mod called bullet time which allows you to slow down time whenever you want. You can even make it to where it uses AP to use, as well as customize how much it uses while active.
@@JimmyThree-Balls He's not running out of ideas, he's got a list of more than thirty videos prepped, from what I recall. This was just playing the algorithm like a genius.
I legit still use the Hylian shield as main. It has a great design and it dosent seem that far-off in Skyrim. The master sword is good mid-game weapon. (A dragonbone dagger has the same damage but still)
@@Firestar4041 i know right? It's slick and nice, and best of all... it dosen't block your eyesight! Great improvement if you ask me over bassically every shield in the game.
“Only those born with the blood of a dragon can slay a dragon” Link: hyahh! *plunges the master sword into the skull of a dragon, puts its soul in bottle* 🤣
To be honest, the DovahLink looks a lot nicer than I excpected. I love those little "speedrun strategy" for skyrim. The lack of death by chicken horde was kinda sad, but the link meme and dragon butt(L*sty Argonian maids vibes) are always welcome 9/10
He's been right-handed ever since Twilight Princess (Wii edition) mirrored the game so righties could hold the Wiimote in their right hand. -As a leftie who'll take all the representation he can get, I'm only minorly salty-
They really blew the chance to give this a "beam" attack like the bloodskal blade, that probably made the master sword more worth while Edit: I should've watched through the video more I'm sorry 😭
Sword beams would have been great. Maybe along with an enchantment like Turn Undead, or just does more damage to "evil". It is the Blade of Evil's Bane, after all.
@@Mr-TroxLike the one that makes undead enemies run away but also deal mkre damage and make it work on every undead regardless of level. Would have been cool
When you were talking about adding enchantments to the master sword, should've gone with turn undead. Same white glow, not too powerful as to make it too easy, and it's even fitting for the blade of evils bane
I had a Master Sword mod for 2011 version of Skyrim, and I later found out the "unique" enchantment on it was just taken from Dawnbreaker. Very appropriate though.
If Twilight Princess is your fav game of the series you should have totally included the companions questline in the run. Wolf Link is canon after all 😂
Suggestion for a character/historical figure run: “Can you beat Fallout New Vegas as general Douglas MacArthur?” A bit of context: MacArthur was a US general who was famously fired during the Korean War after he revealed that his plan to win the war was to launch a massive tactical nuke attack at the border between the Korean Peninsula and China. His idea was to turn the area into a wasteland to prevent troops and aid to make it to the peninsula. Basically this would be a Fat Man focus run. That’s why I suggested New Vegas BTW, as the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC let’s you buy different types of mini nukes. Hopefully this helps to make the challenge more than a pacifist run with extra steps, plus the variety of explosions might help to make the experience less repetitive, and maybe even tactical as each type of mini nuke have different aspects. Also because this is a character run, you should know that despite his willingness to use nukes MacArthur only carried a .32 semi automatic pocket pistol (apparently for him the solution for most problems was either an scalpel or a chainsaw). The only .32 pistol in New Vegas is the Police Pistol from the Dead Money DLC, the problem is that’s a revolver not a semi automatic pistol, however any other relatively small pistol should do the trick. Whatever the case, the pistol should be useful at the beginning of the run and for killing anything that might have survived a mini nuke. As for the look? The best I can think of is to somehow get all of general Oliver’s clothes (boots and cap included) and complement it with some massive sunglasses and a smoking pipe, though for that last one anything relatively close to it should do the trick. Someone also mentioned that one of the requirements of the run should be to complete the Lonesome Road DLC, or just detonate all the nukes in it. I would also suggest collecting all 14 of the normal mini nukes that are in the base game, though I feel like that it might be a bit boring compared to everything else on the run.
I am currently doing a similar run on my switch. I did grab the actual gear from the chest, but i opted for a green tunic with spell knight gauntlets and boots. I will then go for the Dawnguard gauntlets and boots for accuracy. My build is basically taking inspiration from all zelda games.
@@AntiKira20I'm currently using the Dawnfang/Duskfang Sword since it resembles the Razor Sword, I have the shield of solitude but will upgrade to the Hylian Sheild later on, my bow is a Dwarven Bow but will then use Zephyr or Auriel's Bow. Basically I just upgrade as I play.
since you mentioned Zelda mods at the start, I just wanna say that Relics of Hyrule is an amazing mod and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Zelda. It goes above and beyond with content and honestly gives other huge mods like Legacy of the Dragonborn a run for their money
I think Nerbit mostly plays on console, granted i havent seen much of his challenge videos (like many of his way earlier ones, if any), so I could be wrong But I've heard good things about that mod, just add in The Legend of Zelda Skyrim SE, plus swords and shields on back, and it's damn perfect
Yes. This. Exactly this. Anyone who wants to play a 'Zelda' like playthrough of Skyrim would be wise to heavily and extensively consider the possibility of using Relics of Hyrule as the 'core mod' of the run. That mod is a masterpiece.
The perk is for deflecting arrows, which makes them pickups on the ground and negates the damage. However, the perk itself is very buggy for complex hitbox reasons (arrows go through the shield and hit your character 90% of the time). Otherwise, you can block arrows without any perk to reduce, but not negate, their damage.
Personally, I think an Ash Williams from the Evil Dead run for one of these games would be neat to see from ya. I’ve been attempting one in New Vegas, and it is pretty fun. My only restriction is that I can only use weapons that Ash has used in the movies. (I haven’t watched Ash Vs. Evil Dead yet.) In my case…. -Caravan Shotgun (Boomstick) -Cowboy Repeater (Army Of Darkness Theatrical Ending) -Chainsaw (Duh. Though I did use the Ripper until I got the Chainsaw from Motor Runner) -Knife (Who’s Laughing Now?)
You could have used the banish enchantment for "The Sword That Seals The Darkness" as daedra are very rare in the main story so it would make it too easy and it would make sense for the blade to banish evil
Video 10 of annoying Nerbit: I have 10 suggestions: - Dark Souls as Abraham Lincoln. Everyone is a slave to the cycle of Fire and Darkness. Dark Souls 2 has an ambiguous ending and Dark Souls 3 have a few endings what destroy the cycle. You must stay human/embered the entire run. - Can you beat New Vegas with only Pew Pew? - Dark Souls as Grognak. Try to bring FallOuts Grognak the Barbarian to Dark Souls - Skyrim as Cesar Millan (minus a final shout at Alduin)? You can only recruit dogs and wolves to aid you and can only use summons that are wolves (Conjure Familiar and Conjure Flaming Familiar) - Skyrim ABC Challenge. Using the Enchanting Table to rename weapons after Patreon Members. The weapons most be appropriate for the name. (Example: ThunderAx is any Axe with a Shock enchantment and BladeODarkness is any Ebony Sword.) - Any FallOut Game: ABC challenge but it extends to all items and companions. A = Anti-Material Rifle, B = Boone, C = Cateye, D = Dynamite, S = Stimpacks, , etc. You still cycle weapons but skip letters you are using elsewhere. - Dark Souls as a hollow. Broken Straight Sword and Hollow Warrior armor only. - FallOut 4: Can you complete the game while switching factions? Once all factions are available, start doing a single Brotherhood quest, when it is completed, do and complete an Institute quest, then do a Minutemen quest, followed by a Railroad quest, and start over. I don’t know if it’s possible (except with Radiant Quest) but I thought it was interesting. - FallOut 4: ABC challenge without renaming any weapons. Alternatively, you can only rename weapons after your Patreon Members. - Skyrim as a Bandit Chief. You start the run by killing the bandit chief in Embershard Mine and then you take his gear. You can only change gear by killing another bandit chief and taking their gear.
A good way I found for grinding out blacksmithing is to go with a companion into a dwemer ruin, use the companion infinite inventory exploit to pick up all the metal scrap that will later get smelted into bars and turned into dwemer bows
I remember mining a bunch of gold and silver (there's a gold mine near Markarth that you clear bandits out of) and turning it into jewellery. That can really advance your blacksmithing skill. You can then enchant it to advance that skill and then sell it for a lot of money.
Playing Skyrim as Link. If only you could smash every urn in the game. Oh well, at least you can loot gold from them so you at least have some money collecting from random pots. And that Metal Gear Rising Revengeance reference in the infiltration mission was pretty cool.
I remember getting to the summit of the Throat of the world on my first playthrough by accident. I somehow completely missed the Greybeards place and made it past the wind with minimal issue. No clue how I managed to do that
"Its like the Xbox 360 or PS3 version so this will be... Nostalgic?" "I turned on motion controls... they remind me of Twilight Princess, the best zelda." Nerbit was my favorite sibling.
with the built in mods they even have elemental arrows, a link run is super fun... im currently trying to make my elder scrolls online build in skyrim lol its pretty interesting trying to cast and keep up multiple spells
Since Bethesda is specifically referencing BoTW Link, he could have used just about any weapon and armor in the game, along with Slow Time and the elemental staffs. Limiting himself to the Champion's garb, Hylian Shield and Master Sword is basically just making him Pre-Calamity Link with a shield. And also stops it from just being a regular playthrough of Skyrim.
My university dissertation is done, my MA application has been accepted... and now Nerbit grants us the this master peice. Shame it's not, beating Skyrim as Cesar Millan. Bit this is going to be amazing
If only there were some Metroid items in Fallout, otherwise I’d be shouting from the rooftops asking for a “Can you beat fallout (3, NV, 4) as Samus Aran”
Can you beat Fallout 4 using only the Console? Oh no! 210 years of cryosleep has left the Sole Survivor paralyzed from the neck down, and its up to you, the omnipotent god of this world, to help them achieve their destiny. In this challenge, you must play in third person mode at all times, and the only thing you can do that involves controlling the Sole Survivor is speaking with NPCs and activating entrances. Instead, you can use any console command that doesn't directly change quest progress. Instead of attacking, you can use the 'kill' command. Instead of picking up items, you can add them directly to your inventory. And instead of walking, you must use console commands to teleport your character to where they need to be.
I'm sorry Nerbit, I beat you to this. I actually played Skyrim as Link from BoTW and didn't use any magic. Just food cooked, stolen or found and only the master sword and hylian shield with the champion's armor.
You should try a sequel to this, going through dawnguard and Dragonborn dlcs. I think it would fit the character. However I think if the loading is just too bad then maybe download the mods or make “ link in the elder scrolls universe”
challenge run for 300k subs: do a fallout or Skyrim video where you beat the game with a multiplayer mod and play with someone like a friend or your wife
Can you beat Fallout 4 as Revolver Ocelot Now don't get it twisted, yes it sounds like just using only revolver weapons and what not But, there's more You have to do the triple peace ending, so the brotherhood, the railroad and minute men, all working together to take down Big Bos-- Father. There are guides online to help with the quest routes. But then, after you destroy the institute, you wipe out the Railroad, then, annihilate the Brotherhood, then, go to Nuka World, become over boss, side with the Operators and the Pack (Operators cause PMCs, the Pack because animal themeing like Foxhound) Then turn on the minutemen as you take over the settlements Turn on the disciples as you get the power on. Then kill the raiders and claim Nuka World as your new Outter Heaven. Play *all the sides*
Skyrim Minecraft Challenge; you must only use items you craft yourself; No looting, No purchasing, not even materials; you have to gather those yourself. You can loot the pickaxe, fishing rod, and woodcutter's axe you need to get started, but everything else you use for combat MUST be crafted by you, with materials you gathered yourself. The only horse you're allowed to use is the dwemer automoton, as that's the only one you can craft. No fast Travel. You must construct a fully functioning house and only use that one for your home, and optionally, add all crafting stations. Then you must complete the main quest with only weapons and armor you crafted yourself from materials you mined/gathered yourself. Any gold you need to complete these goals, like buying the plot of land for the house, must be purchased in true minecraft fashion; with emeralds. Mine them, refine them, sell them without making jewelry. Alternatively, you can sell other things you've made, as long as you do not purchase any gear, potions, food, or materials, but you have to keep all septims as emeralds untill you have to spend them, spending them all into emeralds at, say, kahjiit traders, or general goods stores. You MAY purchase training, but again, only with emeralds you mine. Alternatively, you can nix the purchasing training all together for extra challenge, or mine and smelt gold bars instead of emeralds for less challenge.
I can agree with you twilight princess was the best Zelda. Side note it was the first one I ever played through so it holds a special place in my heart.
if you were going really hardcore with the BotW rules, you would only be able to have 1 buff from food/potions active at once otherwise, good run, excellent stuff
