With you help I was able to get into practice every morning! It has been a month and I feel it has been rejuvenating! I did the 12, 24 and the 18 rounds of surya namaskars but personally I feel the 24 rounds should have more variations since the start! Please make a routine with variations from the start!
Thanks Aton . You helped me doing 44 rounds with the variations and made me feel I can get flexible . I started with 3 rounds and today I’m able to do this. And I can definitely see a difference in my body . Today is my third week in total and 4 th day of my 44 round
I have started doing surya namaskar past 3 weeks and trust me your video is really comfortable to workout. I wanted to reach 108 in the next 2 weeks. Will you be able to do the 72 and 108 as well. The audio is there but it’s easier when someone is doing it along. Do try. Thanks.
Only did 11 rounds and I am sweating s Day 2 did only 10 salutations but with better form ❤ Day 3 : did 19 salutations or 9 rounds with better form , bending , moving and breathing And I feel it's perfect so no need to worry I am doing better thn yesterday Day 4 :

Yes yes sweating much especially after the halfway mark. The sweat just flows into the eyes as it all V up puah ups 😅😅. I was feeling a bit soreness and am glad i did this and managed to finished it as I felt the arms & shoulders already at round 20 and feeling much better then i started off. Thank you.

Hi Rashmi, I'm so pleased I started Yoga again after many years and you have been an excellent coach. So I've been doing your sessions since the first of April this year, I've finally moved to 25 rounds suryanamaskar. What I'm having trouble with is pain in my wrists and the side of my palms. I'm heavy set, but good stamina. I'm wondering if that's the problem. Today I did your 30 min hip openers and avoided stress on my wrist.
The wrist joint is usually weak for most and if you have just started a month or so ago it will take some time to strengthen. Work on it slow and easy and the pain will not persist in another few months.

Too good dear.. Earlier I used to do around 30-32 rounds of suryanamaskar in about half an hour...BUT THIS.. first day I could do only 16 😂😂 Only on third day..am able to complete the session...but I must say...it really sweats you out...and so much more fun to do than regular suryanamaskars... Loved doing it...👍👍👍

Hi Rashmi, I have started with the surya namaskars 1 month ago. I am doing almost 15-18 rounds from this video. This video is very helpful. However, I am only doing surya namaskars as part of my morning workout routine. My aim is to stay active and lose 5 to 6 kg weight. Is the workout enough for that or I should practice some other yoga asanas? I am also planning to increase the repetitions gradually. How many calories does this workout burn if I do 24 variations?
You can start off with this video and also add a few others like the abs videos, hips butt toning etc you will need to monitor your diet if weightloss is your goal because more than a workout, diet plays a bigger role.
@@kittensgalore.5444 honestly it's very hard to count. And I would rather not get into a number game. As long as you sweat it out and you are ensuring that you are pushing yourself more than what you usually do, you will be on the right track.
I love this workout, iv been following since 2 days! Could you also please tell me approximately how many calories would be burned by this coz it's definitely not the normal surya namaskar! Love it..Thank you!
Take the calories burnt by a normal Surya namaskar, multiply by 4 and minus 2 :). Just kidding, I don't really get into burning calories when I do my yoga practice, as long as I feel good, stretched out and energised it doesn't matter.
Each set of Surya Namaskar has 12 asanas. So, when you repeat it 12 times from both sides, you are doing 288 poses. What can be better than this when you can do 288 asanas in just 20 minutes. Doing one round of Surya Namaskar burns approximately 13.90 calories. Hope this helpful😇

This will improve your posture that might work to get your spine more erect but if anyone tells you that they can do something to increse your height you should know its a farse.

But you have so many videos and I, so many areas to work on - so I am confused as to what kind of weekly routine I should follow if I have an hour in the morning? I want to lose weight, I have creaky knees and I would like to also tone my hips and thighs. Can you recommend a routine and which ones to do? I am 52 but pretty flexible.

I would add thing: some wrist and shoulder stretches before and after the workout. The constant strain isn't great while the rest of the workout is amazing!

Each round of Surya namaskar burns approx 13 to 15 calories. Plus the variations that I add in which might be approx 18 to 20 per round? I don't really count calories. For me it's the satisfaction that counts post a workout. :)

Can I do it post c section? It's been 8 months after my delivery and I am able to do this. But sometimes I feel like having back pain. Will it go off if I continue?
Yes you can. The reason you have back pain could be because you need to strengthen your core. So add some core exercises. Theres a playlist full of core exercises on my channel.
