Yes I enjoyed this workout. It had popped up after I did your Morning Yoga fix and I decided to add on this total body workout. Both were great to realign the body which was kind of sore after travelling around and missed my 2 days morning un salutation. The speed was good to get the “sleeping” body moving. Thank you
Absolutely loved the session! Thank you❤!! Small feedback : both the music and background noise at the same time is little distracting at times. One of them would be a good backdrop to the workout instead of both! But again no complaints- just huge appreciation for all this work
