Good tutorial on the headlight replacement of a Case IH 85 series. I got the rebuilt PTO for my 806 for All States Ag Parts last year. The 685 fired up really nice & sounds pretty good too. Stay safe.

I stayed until the end. Glad you didn't have to do a cold start. It's nice when it's warm enough to start easy.

Very educational for me ,I have to change seal beams in the same model ,mine is a lot harder loader frame in the way and four wheel drive ,everything is hard to get at.I need a new grill too,mine has been damaged and repaired ,loader damage.They are a good little tractor ,very cheap to run ,lot less fuel than 986

There are some of us who watch all the way to the end.

I use A&I parts you don't have to bend over as much.Front window for 986 from IH between 5-600 bucks,got from A&I 175.And that was ordered through my CaseIH dealer.

Good day Your power steering does it turn extremely easy. 574 does not. It's easier than old W-6 without, but not as easy as a car. Thanks. I forgot my 3pt ht is slow sometimes, if you pull remote valve then it works ok. Thanks

Was the oil pressure gauge moving?

Oh no JD parts on an IH ( A&I is owned by John Deere) it's funny I can buy valve spools from ai for 21.00 the same part from JD is 39.00 and there both made in the same place you just pay more for green paint on the box!
