rob2049 I would have to disagree on that statement some people can't react quicker enough to some life changing events for example a dog running into the street they panic hit the breaks and try to maneuver their car to avoid it some just don't use their brakes and try to maneuver cuasing them to lose control but put two cars stationed really fucked up on the left lane and one on the center with normal speeds of 65 most people do 70 - 75 miles per hour so yeah it's pretty stressful for someone who hasnt been in a accident or first time driving or even tired from getting out of work and especially that moron with the flashlight who doeant keep it on to keep them visible DOES NOT HELP AT ALL. SO reality is isnt becasuse they arent paying attention its because its hard sometimes to react quick just when I was reared ended by two vehicles i by the time I saw them coming too fuckin fast I only had my wheel turned and couldn't avoid it. it just happens.

There’s literally nothing you can do. I’ve been in this same situation where a pile up happened right in front of me on the highway. I pulled over because I wanted to make sure everyone was okay but I couldn’t get out of my car. The wrecked cars were in the middle of 2 lanes where people were going 50-60mph. It’s not that people are heartless and don’t care, they just know that there’s absolutely nothing they can do that won’t get them killed

yeah but a few people could put hazards on so people could at least see something up ahead.

Veloz Veloz same here. When I drive I expect the worse ANYTHING can happen very quickly. Maybe its just most people don't expect a crash to be in the middle of the freeway at night with no safety flashers on the wrecked vehicles

The overwhelming majority of people down have road flares in their vehicles so you can't fault them for not putting any pout.

I think only 80% of the drivers are actually completely paying attention at any given time.

it's around a curve, at night, and you do not see it until your headlights hit it. You have fractions of a second to react because your car is traveling at 70+mph and you have a couple hundred feet at best to see it

What else were they supposed to do? They would have collided with the wrecked cars or they would have gotten hit from behind if they’d done anything else. You can’t just stop and think you’ll be able to help people when you’re on a curve of a highway at night where cars are going 60+

If you stop your car to help, your car is going to get fucking totaled too on a highway like that and you could get fucking killed.

truckers ignore speed limits? The overwhelming majority of truckers, in fact, don't because trucks have limiters on them that doesn't allow them to go above a certain speed and they also don't want to put their CDL in jeopardy if have one.
