Awesome Direction, I'm a business owner who decided to move full time to Guadalajara Mexico (I'm out of FL as well in the Jax area). I decided like you said to avalanche and live my life intentionally after neglecting my health for 10 years. Dropped 100 lbs, Did my first Marathon Solo on the sidewalk with no food LOL. Did a 50 miler as my first event, Just completed an incredibly brutal 100 at Rocky Racoon in Texas. Literally half the course or more was underwater so no protection for the feet. Definitely feel more people need to and or ARE moving towards living intentionally.

Great update. New to your channel and I really enjoy your race videos. As a fellow Floridian I really like that you run and highlight some lesser known ultras in Florida and the south. Any plans to run the Keys 100? Any plans to try some of the bigger name west coast races at some point? Leadville, Hardrock, etc?

Hey dude got myself the Altran Mont Blanc boas, been for two ten milers this week and I’m very happy with them, would you say adding 15 mins a week to each run , which takes me two hours comfortably for ten miles, is a good way to build up to an ultra level of weekly mileage? Thanks
