Just realised I hadn't uploaded this video from a few years ago. In preparing to run the Cape Wrath Ultra I realised that the first day of the CWU is the route that we did, taking the ferry across from Fort William, running up Cona Glen before dropping down to Glenfinnan. It was a great wee overnight adventure and Charlie loved it!

Hello! Nice to hear from you and thank you, nervous but excited! Did you guys do the Venloop on Sunday? Or a bit more rest before Stockholm?

@@paulmanson1 we rested in the end 😁 It was way to warm haha and mum had made a surprise journey over from England so we had a fun weekend catching up. I’m getting excited for Stockholm now.. went for a bit of a run yesterday and all seems ok with the legs so it’s going to be fun. I’ll try and keep an eye out for updates on your race 💪
