Ingredients:
Chicken breasts skinless , boneless 1 large
Broccoli 300 Gr
Onion 2 Medium
Carrots 2 Medium
Tomato 3 Medium
Bell pepper 1 Small
Zucchini 3 Medium
Mushrooms 6-7 Medium
Grated Garlic 3 Cloves
Veg oil 1/3 cup
Turmeric 1 Tsp
Cinnamon powder 1Tsp
Black pepper 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Water 2 Cups
Instructions:
Chop the chicken breast to the desired size.
Finely chop the onion.
Chop the rest of the vegetables into large pieces.
Pour the oil into the pan and add the chopped onion.
Pour the chicken pieces and grated garlic over the onion.
Add salt, turmeric, cinnamon powder and black pepper and fry well.
Now put the vegetables one by one in the pan.
Finally add water.
cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
