I just bought a Marcato cookie press... and tried it out yesterday. It was really easy to use, and a very solid piece of equipment that will last for years. (10 year garentee!). I am therefore looking for recipes to give a bit more variety. The Marcato comes with a nice recipe book as well. I would keep baking... but a recipe makes 60 or 70 cookies! Great to share with others or for a party. Thanks for posting. I will keep watching. Much appreciated here in Denmark. You handled the new microphone fine.
HI Sandra Kaye Hansen. I am glad you are enjoying your new cookie press. I have been hankering for a Marcato pasta maker, but as i already have Kitchen Aid attachments for making pasta I can't justify the expenditure. It can be a problem, wanting to keep using the press when it already makes lots of cookies. But sharing is good too, so I am sure others would enjoy them too. I hope you find lots of recipes to make good use of the press.
