A little Waffle on How I tackle the holiday hustle! I'm all about merging fitness and bodybuilding to conquer mental health obstacles. This journey isn't easy, especially during Christmas, but it's about grinding through those tough moments. A very genuine pure message, even after 8 years of battling my anorexia , it is hard to adapt the mentality to prioritise your well-being after being at war with yourself but it is so true words can reveal a stepping stone but actions guide us to destiny, thankyou and Nollaig Shona 💚☺️🦋

For those of us with no gym nearby, remember its also great to take your exercise in nature.. walk, run, swim, climb in beauty and serenity (and you'll also look good naked!) Good advice Stuart in this often stressful season! Guard your peace! xo

Something i have noticed a lot is people are so forgiving to others mistakes and missteps but are often so harsh on themselves. My recent thing has been to forgive myself for mistakes and learn from them to better myself. It helps me look at things more fairly and instead of beating myself up im looking more positively toward the future. Self love is driven by self acceptance. As a result of this i have actually started yhis year to lose the excess weight that i have struggled with since i was a child. Its a slow loss but it is coming off 😊 im down 10 kgs so far and i havent had to make drastic and unsustainable changes to my diet or exercise. Just small changes to portion size and a little more walking than before.

"Its a gift to yourself " 🧐 ill remember that one . On another note: buff santa makes sense have you think about all the physical activity required for that job. If I went to the gym and saw Santa's working out that would be so fun 😁

I have a digest tract disorder. Very painful at times and uncomfortable at others. I would have to take food breaks during a meal (still have to) also ended up with a hiatal hernia so yeah food breaks are great i eat stop see how im doing if im still hungry or if im full , if hungry eat little more see how i am or if im full well i tried and enjoyed what I could. Few of my friends started doing this and said they felt a lot better because they weren't just eating till they were full or not paying attention just eating because thats how theyd always done it. And they said they didn't realise theyd been just mindlessly eating till full but uncomfortably so which isnt good. But food is fuel our bodies need it we just have to learn what works best for you and be kind to yourself too. Finding out your stomach is meant to be the size of your fist was a big one for me and i actually have to try eat because I don't usually feel hungry but thats not good so been trying my body to eat more just little but often to help . But i am also going for a meal with friends we do it every Christmas and i am going to enjoy it and my friends know im a slow eater too so takes stress off. We just enjoy it because its a treat we don't get to meet up often and its good to have something to look forward to without being hard on yourself for the next day.

I drank last night, better hydrate before I work out! Sex was not a part of my first 4 years of being an athlete. I could indulge at times. Didn’t affect weight or performance. Just keep going♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️!!!!!

honestamente, não tem nada mais gostoso do que poder fazer HORAS de exercício físico e não se sentir exausta depois disso. estar em forma é tão bom, da uma sensação de que você está vivo e de que viver é maravilhoso, você pode andar horas e horas na natureza, fazendo uma caminhada e não se sentir cansada. passar horas na academia ouvindo música e ainda se sentir bem. é uma delícia, de fato. eu não treino para ficar "gostosa", sendo bem honesta. eu treino para me sentir bem! e se eu me sinto feliz com o meu corpo e me olho no espelho antes do banho e me sinto a mulher mais linda do mundo (mesmo não sendo), se eu me sinto bem e saudável, é o suficiente pra mim. não tento me encaixar no que a sociedade considera perfeito e nunca tentarei, honestamente. seria o mesmo que manter minha mente em uma competição contra mim mesma e isso não é justo. atividades físicas são feitas para te causar alegria e no máximo uma dor prazerosa nos músculos, nada além disso (ao menos PRA MIM). por isso eu não pego extremamente pesado, eu não costumo pegar muito peso, eu não tenho muitos músculos realmente, porém, eu tenho condicionamento físico, sou capaz de fazer caminhadas (o que eu AMO fazer, adoro passar horas em trilhas, é muito bom) e eu acho meu corpo muito lindo, principalmente minha cintura hahaha. e isso me mantém feliz. e eu acho que eu consegui encontrar o meu propósito sem fazer isso de uma forma que me deixe doente, mentalmente ou fisicamente falando. e agora eu notei que eu fiz um texto enorme falando sobre mim mesma kkkkkkkkk eu odeio quando os horóscopos estão certos.

I still work on the part that it's okay to eat 'unhealthy' or too much (especially sugar and/or fat). Still beat myself up, when indulging because it seems weak of me. 😬😔 This is almost harder than the training itself. 🙈
