I ate a stick of butter as a challenge on my jrotc camping trip . On a scale of 1 to 10 Is this healthy

According to Coach Mel it lands at 1, and depending on how long ago this was, it may have just been worked off (kidding.)

I'd say it depends on the butter, it's got to be organic and 100% grass fed. But maybe a whole stick is a bit much;)
