This is great. I've had my TRX for about 3 years, watched a lot of videos, but you've got quite a few moves here that I've never seen or thought to do. I'll be watching this one again and again.
@VonMilash please oh wise one. Why is it overated? You can hit every muscle group and work on your stabilization. This is perfect in conjunction with regular resistance training.
