Buying boats is fun...I keep telling myself that. This is an attempt to buy a great boat that turns out not to be a great boat. It's unfortunate...I wanted this to be my next boat...really badly, but t'was not to be! Enjoy!YES
Too bad it didn't work out. I wish I were made of money, it would have made the process so much more fun. I looked at so many boats, over months, with a good "price" to find out they were probably priced for what they were (my lesson learned). In the end, I bought one with an acceptable list of issues I could deal with (because I'm not made of money). If it were easy, everyone would do it, LOL. Cheers!
Bummed for you but glad it stopped at that point. I am disappointed that nothing was said up front by the owners about the multiple gel coat problems. It’s a waste of everyone’s time and money.
Is the saying in boating the same as in aviation? “Friends don’t let friends buy plastic boats.” In this case plastic boats with gelcoat challenges. I saw one glaring discrepancy from the get go anyway. No liquor ledge.
