@@josi8125 it was difficult for me to go past 28 hours , I opted for omad instead and have lost 3lbs so far , I'm in ketosis with Omad .. but I might plateau after a certain point , then I'll have to go for rolling 48 or rolling 72

I’m all in, Jerome and Fasting Fam. I’m 48 years old, 6’3” 316lbs. I found Jerome the first week of April, and started building my fasting abilities. I started at 344 and I’m down 28 pounds in 3 weeks. My longest fast thus far is 44 hours. I started my fast last night at 6 pm and will finish around 2 pm Friday. I’ve decided for every meal I skip I’m putting that money towards a new power rack to start my home gym. Good luck to everyone. Oh and has anyone else noticed how soft and smooth your skin is becoming…especially on the soles of the feet?
@@davinajuma8381 my refeed window is about 45 minutes long. It’s working quite well. I pulled out the ole measuring tape yesterday and realized I have dropped inches from my waist. The nonscale wins help tremendously.

First day!!!! Always the worst! In ketosis though 1.1 Went for a 30 minute walk. Feels better and I also weighed in at 158.6. Lost 7.8 pounds since last month intermittent fasting for 22 hours. Will not weigh again until the end of the month. The scale is really not my buddy.

❤I've completed nearly 4 cycles of 90 hour fasts and so far, I am down 13.8 pounds. I had to do something about my weight after back pain from a car accident left me unable to exercise like I used to causing my weight to climb. I am very convinced that cyclical fasting is a long term solution for me as I get stronger.❤

Perfect timing! I’m in! I switched from AD fasting to 65 hour fasting this week. My first 65 hour fast ends tomorrow. I’m in! Lost 20# last November after finding this channel and fasting. Nothing consistent, but have maintained. My goal is to lose 10-15# to reach goal weight. Hello Jerome, I am thankful for your videos! Congrats to you on your weight loss and consistency. I am with you on this month’s challenge. I completed a 44 hr fast from Sunday into Monday and know that for me, fasting is something that needs to be a part of my life. I have tried Keto, Carnivore, Keto Carnivore and did have a little success. I find for me eating too much meat (especially beef) triggers my eczema and causes me to swell. Not sure why and this happened while doing strict carnivore, no off plan foods at all. You emphasized doing what works for you and the intermittent fasting and extended fasting seems to work and eliminates the dread of thinking about what I can’t eat because I am Keto, Carnivore etc. I am committed to eating clean but on certain occasions if I want a piece of cake I will have it! Again thank you for allowing us to follow you in this journey😊
I finally pushed by my 24 hr fast two weeks ago after finding your channel. I have been fasting daily (15hr - 24hrs) for about a year and making very little progress. I finally had built my fasting muscle to get the courage to push past 24hrs. It was mostly psychological. Last week I had two 45 hr fasts (slightly dirty fasts) , which gave me the courage and insight from your channel to finally try a 65. I am currently at 59 hrs and I don't really feel the need to eat, I know I can easily make a 65 hr fast today. I am going to eat clean on my refeed and then start another. Since going on these longer fasts I have lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks, I am excited to see where I'll end up in a couple of months. Thank you for doing this challenge, I feel that I am not alone in doing this.
I’m in! I am now in the 55th hour of my 92-hour fast. Thanks to you Jerome I've been consistently doing back to back rolling 72-92-48 for 2 months now. I've lost almost 20 pounds! I still need to lose another 13 pounds tho. I'm going to have a refeed on May 2nd (on this day I will end my 92-hour fast, and it's also my birthday:D). This May, I'm going to continue doing 92-68 hour fasts and now add more physical activity to my lifestyle! Goal for nutrition: low carb Goal for fitness: 5-8k steps a day minimum, and strength training 3-2 times a week

I'm in! I'm only 5 feet flat and weigh 125 lbs. I'd like to get down to my prebaby weight of below 110 because I have noticed that I have back and knee pain and just in general don't feel healthy at this weight. I'm planning on doing STRICT OMAD or 2MAD. My obstacle is wanting to snack between meals (especially late night) which leads to overeating. I'm glad to be part of this challenge!
