Bhai Mene ye program 6 weeks follow Kiya hai or mene week intensity bhdayi hai Koi or jaise jaise reps bda rha hu workouts bohot lambe ho rhe hai 2-3 ghante lag jaate haito koi esa program lao jisme exercises 1-1.5 ghante me ho jaye par intensity poori ho Plz bhaiya 🙏
