Stephanie Forster, an award-winning entrepreneur, was shot and killed while sitting in her car near her home in Coquitlam, B.C.
Two days later, Stephanie’s estranged husband Luigi Derossi was pulled over by police. Moments into the traffic stop, he shot himself and later died in hospital. Stephanie’s brother believes that she had recently discovered Derossi’s secret identity.
As Jules Knox reports, her husband gained public notoriety as a serial romance scammer who stole thousands of dollars from his targets.

Stephanie Forster's family should sue the Canadian justice system for having released such a dangerous offender back into the community. It won't bring her back, and the loss of such a beautiful, vibrant young woman is nothing short of a tragedy. But it might send a message and could hopefully play a role in fixing a very broken judicial system that treats refugees with more consideration than naturalized citizens.

The canadian "justice" system lets dangerous offenders and murderers free far too often. Yep. The brother is in grief yet thinks of going live on social media. So weird too

@@jhonnp9280. I thought the same. Why didn't he go get the groceries for her? And she wasn't back for over an hour, he says. Weird

So remember this one woman was a teacher, she is teaching our kids. Canadian women are so far removed from reality, that we have a teacher handing out some shady guy chunks of money and believing his string of lies. And no, not every woman's "ears perk up" when a man claims to live a luxury lifestyle. Get real with yourself, signed...a Canadian woman.

These are always hard to watch but i must say, in many cases the victims have to have accountability for their actions aswell. I mean one for example is a teacher and i dnt understand how she cant know any better and on her own will all of a sudden in her life she decides to apply for 20 cards etc etc. Honestly some victims in these cases are also motivated by greed to make money cuz basically a scumbag salesman is pitching a sales scheme. To me its simple, just say no im not interested in any 'investments'. As grown adults who have life experience, they have homes, jobs etc and know how many years it took them to get to where they are, i just cant believe how they basically go all in to extract every drop of money or credit they can obtain or have accumulated in their lifetimes, and do that within a week or month. Regardless the guy undoubtedly is a scumbag piece of crap that should be locked up n never see freedom again.

Had the young lady not witnessed her murder, her poor brother would have taken the blame. You really should have blurred the witnesses face for her safety, unless you're looking for more tragedy to talk about.. smh

Some people here are pointing out that the one woman is a teacher, and *clutches pearls* she's teaching our kids. I agree that I also had a "Yikes!" moment. However, please remember that being a teacher means different things. In general, private schools require way less in terms of qualifications. She could be a teacher at a tutoring franchise. They also have different requirements. My point: "teacher" doesn't necessarily mean a provincial school board teacher. Also, how many of you are really good at your job but have made really stupid decisions in your personal life? I suspect at least a few of you have. I agree that these are some pretty stupid decisions, but yep.
