CrossFit Open Workout 22.3 has a lot of thrusters, a lot of double unders and progressive gymnastics skills on the rig. You're going to need a great movement prep routine for a warmup to make sure you are ready to go! Remember, the CrossFit Open is meant to be fun! Getting injured isn't fun, so always remember to warm up well!
