MOBO: Asus Z97-a
CPU: i7490k overclocked to 4.6GHz air cooled.
GPU: 1080ti stock clock
RAM: 16gig
Monitors: 3 27" Asus ROG PG279Q IPS panels at 144hz. 4th
monitor is 1920x1080 TN panel.
Side monitors are at 60°

Definitely price for the folks who have disposable income or pro race teams who are multi millionaires. That being said its a very nice wheel. Also another great video by SRG.

Bought a Cube Formula Pro wheel from them based off your recent review. It arrived this week. It is absolutely fantastic, so beautifully made, perfect ergonomics and could not be happier. It was a lot of money but I feel like I certainly got the top flight product I paid for.

The one thing I don't like about the cube rims is the gigantic connector. If I would buy a rim priced like this I want a nicer smaller connector. Other than that I love the rim!

Excellent review again Barry. As I said earlier, I'm gonna build my own rig. It will be the P1 cockpit of Sim-Lab (black, wheeldeck version). Want to use fanatec direct drive 1 (DD1) on it. Is a review planned for that? Also, can you recommend things that make my life more easy building the rig (special screws or something). Is it already easy to build as it comes? Things will get serious in near future (next couple of months)

John P1 rig is easy to build, it's just time consuming, if it's your first Aluminium profile rig build it can seem pretty confusing, since Barry has a P1 cockpit build video that will help you.

It is a re-branded Accuforce V2 as far as I can tell. So, it should deliver the same performance charateristics.

Better late than never: It is a OMP Superquaddro Rim with I think Ascher Racing Button Box. The Audi Logo seems only to be a sticker.

Barry, can you please verify that the Turn R1 steering wheel does fit the Cube Controls GT button plate with the new 45 degree cable design?

Yes, it will fit. The new angle allows it to clear the bottom with room to screw on the cable. The bottom of the button plate is a close fit in the rim, but does fit. Also, don't forget about the 2 momentary rockers on this plate. You will need to cut holes in the wheels hub area to fit them. Or, get a plate without them when ordering.

U know, there are some cheaper options available. Maybe not the same build quality but you can get the same feel. Moreover, there are DIY button box options where you can use a USB logic board and connect buttons and rotary dials as well as magnetic paddle shifters from Asher Racing.

What a weird steering wheel the hub is not in the middle, there is no even balance when you turn it around, and I don't like that old telephone wire to,sry but nice info
