Late to the trend! I have a flat stomach that is very strong but not visually appealing. Trying to get some muscular definition in there. I am doing 500-1000 crunches a day on top of this, how’s your workout going so far?
I have been doing workouts from this channel since monday and i can definitely say i am out of shape and its hard but im going to have to keep at it, lets get this together guys

I have defined you now for like 6 months. But working two jobs it's hard to squeeze in 15 minutes on some days. Thanks for this challenge I might be able to squeeze in twice a day now but small portions!
I WILL DO THIS WORKOUT FOR 30 DAYS AND ALSO I WILL TELL YOU THE RESULT EVERYDAY: DAY 1: I can feel burn and definetly not such big impact! DAY2: Well today also i can feel burn but as it is 2nd day so i dont accept more DAY3: I LIKE THE RESULT BECAUSE TODAY I CAN FEEL THAT MY ABS IS GETTING LITTLE VISIBLE. DAY4: So, in this day i can see that my abs is getting more visible and tummy fat is getting decreasing. DAY5: I can feel that i am getting in shape.Not a big change but there is change it do matter DAY6:I can definetly say that my upper abs is getting easily visible. The overall abs is getting little visible. DAY8: Same feeling though! DAY9:Getting in shape🎉 DAY10:Same way getting in shape
Thanks for following along for so long! Yeah, I've been trying to eat a little more to put on some size - it's slow but steady. If I could just eat cookies and pasta while maintaining a lower body fat 🤣 thats' the dream ;)

In the beginning the 5 minute videos were brutal 😂, the body adapts and becomes stronger and faster. Did it take u long to build them and sometimes when doing these exercises is it normal to feel like u didn’t do it properly cause this is my first time working abs

Would be awesome to add some extra lower back and traps exercises to balance the daily shrimp posture and I guess that I wouldn’t be the only one who’d get great value from it. Thanks anyways for growing my muscle!
Any experts here? Do you really need to do 20 kind of workout for abs everyday day or 3 workouts max can do the work, the internet is really confusing, hard to chose a plan so many misleaders
