Hey besties!
This is day 9 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 20 minute full body pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

am I the only person still taking breaks in this challenge? ive been having issues with my wrist to I tend to take breaks so I dont compromise my form. even still, happy to continue! I just wish the 20 min was a true 20 mins (but it's more like 30 with breaks). One day I'll get to do this all the way through! Maybe my next time with the challenge next month :)

Try warming up wrist first, I had same problem at the beginning

Literally in love with these workouts because I can easily do them during my period and they make me feel sooo good for moving my body when I feel sluggish. Like omfg I’m so happy I’m finally sticking to a routine honestly thank you ❤

day 9:✅ i actually paced myself more and tried to make sure my motions stayed slowed and controlled.it made all the difference! 😊

Day 9/30: Absolutely killed it with killer burn throughout the routine. My glutes were on 🔥, thighs were burning 🥵 and overall it was harder but worth it. Totally nailed it ✅ Thank you Maddie ❤

I got sick so I had to take two days off but I'm back now and better than ever! Proud of myself and anyone reading this for getting through day 9!! I have never stuck to a workout this long before and it genuinely makes me feel so good and is the best part of my day, even when I struggle. Thank you Madeleine!

This really points out my weak areas. 😂 my arms being so weak is still the downfall for a lot of moves (I pushed though) and my left side is very weak but my hips in general have a while to go. We continue to work though. No pain and all that Day 9 - DONE

i took another day off from illness but i’m back for day 9. i’m glad my body does tell me when to take a break since i won’t just do it myself. it’s so hard and i’m still fighting those days of breaks and “when are we done?” i love the routines. they are easy to keep up w and fun to follow. i don’t feel like i’m fighting a long hard routine. here’s to day 9!!

Trying to GLOW UP during spring break/ before summer! Day 9: - I actually did this yesterday and forgot to type this ig?? - I almost forgot to do this but did it before I went to bed. - Spring break actually ended yesterday but I'm still going to continue to do it every day!

sooooo good for post partum mom (one year) with diastesis recti! As long as you engage and “suck” in your core/tummy, you’re safe. Other workouts make my belly pop. Thanks for this Madeleine!! 😍😍😍

The only thing i dont like about these videos is how there is barely any arm workouts included although it is "full body" and also it mainly focuses on leg, its like 60/40 w core n leg

Day 9:✅ My wrist and arms hurt in certain exercise but the burn on my abs and my thighs is soo goodd.i feel very refreshed after these workouts

Day 9✅: I will be a little tight on time tomorrow so I decided to switch day 8 and 9 so this is technically my day 8, if that makes sense lol. I did the day 6 stretch and this one and it was awesome! I was sweating a lot by end lol but I felt that great burn☺️

OMGOSH, im finally done. i took a five day hiatus, but i was walking IN THE BLAZING SUN, so i guess that makes up for it. im feeling guilty, but I'm going to see this all the way through future me is gonna be so happy.🎉😊

Day 9 done. 😮‍💨..however these are rather perfect for those who don't have consistent access to energy everyday... You could easily market this to projectors(human design) who are looking to workout consistently.

day 9: this was so hard 😭😭, i didnt like this workout tbh, i just suffered and didnt felt a burn lol, i still did it. i think my hips are getting wider!!

Day 9: ✔️ Today was hard 😭 I woke up with 0 motivation but fortunately, I was able to do these exercises. I got tired, I almost had 3 cramps but I burned it 👀🔥
