Stuffed Bell Peppers
3/4 lb ground beef
4 bell peppers
1/4 onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced
3/4 cup minute rice
1 TB no salt seasoning
1 tsp beef bouillon
1/4 cup plus 2 TB water
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Stir in no salt seasoning, beef bouillon and minute rice and 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Cut stem end off bell peppers and place in casserole dish. Fill each with the meat mixture. Put 2 Tb of water in the casserole dish and top each pepper with tomato sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take foil off, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes
