Szechuan style spicy green beans stir fry as vegan 🌱
It really goes well with steamed rice!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 servings
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
400g green beans
pinch salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon dried chilies
250g plant mince
a little bit of pepper
1 tablespoon vegan white wine
1 teaspoon sugar
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
METHOD
1. In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over high. Fry the green beans with a little bit of salt for 2 -3 minutes.
2. Remove the green beans from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan or wok, add the chopped garlic, ginger and dried chilies. Fry until fragrant.
4. Add the plant mince and fry well with a little bit of pepper until the mince is mostly done.
5. Add white wine, fry 10 seconds.
6. Add the green beans, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil. Fry well for a minute.
7. Remove the pan from the heat.
8. Enjoy.
