Demons and Mental Health 

I think there are entities that feed off our negative emotions. If you try and keep your heart as pure as possible, demons can’t feed off you as much. Things like anger, desire for revenge and spite, along with wallowing in misery and regret feeds the bastards.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

„Fear is the path to the dark side“ Reduce and resolve your fears. This is a natural protection.

Narcissism is spiritual warfare. Its not men and women it's good and evil 💜

All I know is that I had numerous mental illnesses and an addiction to alcohol and when I met Jesus I physically felt these things leaving my body through my mouth and a pressure on the side of my head and haven’t had an issue since - that being 7 years ago🙏

Working in EMS, transporting thousands of mental health patients, then raising a mentally ill daughter myself, I would say Yes, definitely. A black 7 foot spirit is often around. I've seen it more than once.

I learnt from experience that when something or someone doesn’t feel good …. Energy does not lie … I’m sensitive to bad energy … I have to retreat recharge & come back stronger with light ❤

Archons (the book of Enoch).. sure does describe narcissists, psychopaths and the dark triad.

Interesting topic. The two hardest things I am healing from right now are: 1. The fact that I was never nurtured as a child. With two narcissistic parents suffering with their mental health in that way, instead I was ridiculed, avoided, put down, and violently controlled. It had been really hard as an adult to create a concrete foundation of career and home etc… 2. The overwhelming need I feel when I meet people with extreme trauma … to help them. For some reason I always feel the need to heal Them. Like overwhelmingly so. I think it’s the warped codependent child in me grasping for a sense of belonging/control

cool topic. i worked in a mental hospital, and some of the patients were pretty unwell but it didnt feel like just mental issues

Anyone who has gone through such an experience knows that fear is the worst. When I decided to accept the experience as a lesson and not as evil or good, the fear disappeared and soon the pain too.

I have a strong belief in the spiritual realm and I have had spiritual experiences where I was having panic attacks and was literally filled with something that entered my head and washed down through my body taking with it every bit of panic and leaving me with complete peace I suffered horribly with depression and panic for probably three weeks straight with no help and this is how it ended up. I am a believer in Christ but I felt completely detached from him while I was going through this. I was rescued. Of course as a believer in Christ, I believe in demonic entities and now that I look back I feel like I was definitely under attack. Jerry Marzinsky, a former Therapist working in Mental Institutions, and Prisons discovered some interesting consistant patterns, and evidence when speaking with Paranoid Schizophrenics. I urge folk to look up his channel and hear him speak on the evidence he found pertaining to these "voices" that his patients experienced, their regular patterns, and the similarities of experience by other patients over different places, time and space. Also note how he was consistantly prevented form getting the patients to speak openly about their "voices", that are deemed nothing but "hallucinations" by the Pharmacutical Medical Industry and it's business partner Orthodox Psychiatry.

That was my experience too. When I stopped thinking in terms of evil, evil left me.

Yes I know it’s true as I experienced it watching my sister become mentally ill. I can go into the details but it was literally like horror movie stuff. Going to a therapist for 5 years did minimal. It was when I acknowledged the spiritual aspect and sought healing through those avenues that changed my life completely. A combination of the mind, spiritual and body is what truly heals. Get a counsellor or psychologist, go to energy healers, sound healing baths, quality psychic, MEDITATE, do affirmations … call in protective healing. Focus on clearing the gut by eating healthy, low carb diet is better. Green juices. Cut sugar down. And do decent exercise min 3 x a week. Once you become aware of when the lower entities are around and not be afraid of them. They can attach to your energy field. Example (as this channel focuses on Relationships with narcissistic types) if you are in a relationship with someone who has an demonic attachment and you are wide open to them with your energy they literally drain you and feed off you. When you explain to said person that their behaviour is controlling and what they just did was bullying or disrespectful etc and they look into your eyes and tell you you’re imagining it and it wasn’t that bad or ‘it didn’t happen like that’ you are being severely gas lit. That person is a major manipulator or they could be in a state of real delusion. You must leave that person. They appeal to you through your empathy and they sometimes will be fun and nice that’s what keeps you there. But you must leave and the reason why people can’t get over a narc relationship as easily is because you need to clear yourself spiritually from the demonic energy that has attached to you. Do salt baths, get energy clearing from professionals, meditate with affirmations (find guidance online) and practice clearing your own energy…and face the demon within as such. Do things daily to clear and you will see a magnificent difference. It will change your life for the better. Remember and know this we are all energy fields within our body. That is science and fact. I wish you well in your healing. And I hope that one day the narcs will seek help that is all you can do… but we must leave them to face themselves. It is imperative to go NO CONTACT until you know you are healed and can manage them as such if you have no choice just distant yourselves by not engaging in exchange of any kind… keep a healthy distance. When you are stronger in your energy field they won’t be able to affect you or attach. 👍🏼🌈🌞

When I consciously decided to think positively a demon whispered in my right ear, OUT LOUD (I have never had any issues with hallucinations or other mental issues that could cause that etc) “but wouldn’t you rather be mad?” It was then I knew just how important it is to be part of the light

You’re definitely on the right path and I believe that if you’re in a low vibrational state then it is easy for entities to feed off your fear / low vibration. Tesla and Jung experienced it and I put all my faith in them. Literally they’re my superheroes

It is also liberating to look in the mirror and acknowledge the demons inside whether you are a narcissist or attracted to them - we all have them. And from there, make a decision if you will entertain them.

So much begins to come together and make sense when you know Jesus and choose to receive and be taught/led by His Holy Spirit. ❤

Thank you! Beautifully put Richard as always 😁 I did have an experience with someone I’d found to be a covert narcissist - they had an entity which I helped move back to its own realm. The person did change a little but mostly they were used to being a liar that didn’t take responsibility for their actions & they did not want to grow or change. In other words, they chose to continue being their bad habits, even though they could see the negative impact of those choices 🤷🏼‍♀️ Jokes on them as they’re stuck with themselves and I’m not 🥳

Fascinating, Richie. If any of you are still having night terrors or feel like a fear demon has attached itself to you, know that it is temporary and you won’t be hurt. I went through a 7 month period of this in an early 1900’s house after I left my bad relationship. I got down to 90 lbs, my adrenaline was so high. Now I see it doesn’t really matter if this very ill energy house was haunted or if it just felt like it was. The thing that saved me from (this thing) was in the middle of my terror, I reached as high into the light as possible and planted the seed of knowledge deep inside my body that I would get outta this. It began guiding me and eventually got me out of the situation (internally and externally). My panic attacks healed after 8 months and I’m not afraid of these spirits anymore. Richie’s right, if you do believe there is it in the negative it also makes logical sense to believe in it in the positive- the powers that will protect and guide you. I find there’s power in the name, God.

That cold, blank psychopathic stare: it's a dead spirit we're looking at. A soul that stopped fighting evil and is open to being overtaken by it. They treat people like objects bc they themselves are empty vessels, being used.

I had sleep paralysis, a few. Somehow I remembered to pray, this provides an instant escape.

Loved the perspective. And is useless and hypocritical to fight evil outside if we can't fight the evil inside: our own personal demons. I just wouldn't underestimate evil. It can catch up with you at any time. We are our own poison and our own medicine: we have it all within us. It's about what we choose to focus on and act upon. We all have fear, anger, jealousy, rage, and envy... Is about what we feed more. Anyone of us can become a monster: is about what we feed and what we let ourselves be led by.

"You become what you focus on". All you have to do is change your negative thoughts and they will leave. Meditation can help. It said to "brighten thy vision" . "Be the master all else comes from within grow now to great brightness let not your thoughts turn away". Some things I remember from ancient text, have a great day everyone. I was trained in my dreams too.

I totally believe and feel that evil is lurking. I'm not a abnormal person. Lolol, okay, that was funny, but, really. I've always been a super sensitive person, since a child. I can feel energies, its a blessing and a curse..it can be uncomfortable, but has saved me from a ton of bad things, and bad people. The feeling I have for this world is very unsettling. It feels dark, and evil. End of times as we know it are gone. There will be much more unsettling happenings in the near future. I feel every urge to run...but where? I pray Im wrong..but, I feel not.

I read a book called 'Demons and Depression, Mental Illness and Possession’ - about the horrors of suicidal levels of depression after a hideously bad LSD trip and strange associated poltergeist type activity that coincided with the condition. It describes the details of OCD and depressive insanity clearly and how the author was suddenly cured. Hope this helps anyone out there. x

Thanks so much for this and I appreciate that a tarot reader would ask it. I think the problem and reality is that there is certainly dark energy in this world. Either tangible or not. One would argue that if there is light, there is the opposite. Where this all gets tough is when you have people with trauma who dissociate, leave their bodies, get good at meditative and related practices, and then they open to the spiritual world. Wide open. All of which can so readily cause psychosis if not carefully managed both in who you work with (i.e., staying away from narc guru types who aren’t trauma informed) and your overall grounded approach to healing and spirituality. One need not necessarily be distinct from the other. Meaning, both can live at the same time and you can both be correct that there is dark energy and correct that you have trauma that needs healing. “You” being the universal “you”. It’s all such a fine line and I have seen (including recently) far too many people who are super ungrounded in it all. I also wholly believe the concept that you just need to anchor into the light and not focus on the dark, as when you do, you give it a platform and an “in” to negatively impact your life. White light, baby.

A few years ago I had a relationship with a psychotic woman. She was a mess internally. She did several evil things to me that still disturb me. We were driving in a motorway and she suddenly turned her head away from me and started whimpering. She was petrified. I was driving, I turned right and saw 4 contorted evil looking humans. All their faces were milky white, drained and they were all mocking me. It was fucking real and still disturbs me. She lived in an isolated place and someone would bang on her windows, doors. She would turn evil, and a smile would come on her face and she’d say “You humans are weak”. You know when you know. I think she was possessed in a way

This is so interesting Richard!! I am especially excited about the dream part. Dreams have always been a powerful source of information and learning for me. I’ve been lucid dreaming a lot … but generally I receive lots of very accurate messages and training through dreams and somehow they are so specific and so relevant to current events in my life, the society and planet earth, that I’ve often wondered if these come from some kind of extension of myself or if they come from the outside. What I mean is that in times it feels as if someone external is sending me those messages from somewhere. But to me it feels like it is someone with very good intentions. 🌟

I love the very calm effortless way you explain darkness as petty. I am completely with you there, and as you say you try to generate good, and you succeed, certainly. I completely believe the spiritual battle that we see is internal and external, but because I know my heart and I believe in God I just pray for protection and I'm confident I'm protected. Even when I have doubt, I pray for my faith. A quick example of my personal feeling of the certainty of external evil. Every time I try to recommit myself to living a Christian life I am inundated by an onslaught of "darkness" and" thoughts" and questions arise that I haven't begun to think or ask. And it's not something as simple as me manifesting again what has happened before because I expect it. There are many other things that happen where I can sense the darkness coming in and I pray it away. I realize how much can be explained away by the unconscious, and rightly so since that is the Devil's playground. Anyway, great, great words of wisdom. Can't even explain how much calm and relief and life saving knowledge you provide.

this is the perfect view when it comes to evillness, We have to be aware of that they exist, but we also should not be swayed or anxious by that because as long as we are aware and ask protection they cant affect us

I'm completely baffled right now. Today I had a really bad expierience with the shadow side of somebody near me. It was almost palpable how the evil behind this person was trying to cause emotional pain in me . Later on I could not shake off the low energies ,they were still nagging on me, pulling me down. So I sat down and wrote hastily 4 pages on paper and now comes the amazing part!! I wrote all the key points you just mentioned in your video, I just watched after writing the lines! As if Spirit was showing me I'm not alone with this burden and I have always a choice how I let stuff affect me.Your video made me cry with relief.The pain is gone for now and I feel better. The shadow spirits are around us ,in flesh or without ,but we don't have to catch /carry what they try to throw at us. I'm also reading your book "a cult of one" -very well written! Enjoying every page of it.

When I dipped my toe in the waters of evil, I had demonic visions. When I sought to be good, I had angelic visions. I have struggled trying to understand whether these were real or just projections of my imagination and odd coincidences. I decided it was unknowable. And furthermore, the highest God (if there is one) would not care what I thought about ultimate reality. God would only care if I use my time on this earthly plane to walk toward light or dark.

I can't believe you are talking about this. It's absolutely fascinating... I have been in shamanic circles and have crossed spirits over ,what you would call demonic. I didn't know I could do this ... I was asked to step in where there was interference in a generational line. I can say as I became I felt the power the rage of this being, eventually as I poured light this started subsiding and this "demon' turned into a beautiful soul thanked us all and sang a blessing in the native language. This was a old old old being. My partner of 12 years has left me with three kids, after he did a shamanic course and is now with a teacher... This is obviously isn't very spiritual lol but I feel huge interference within these . I have said it but from my perspective knowing this but having watched your previous videos.... Your teachings are EXCELLENT and it actually doesn't matter because boundaries are needed full stop not to feed what ever is happening. There shouldn't be an excuse for anyone to put up with narcissistic behavior once they are aware and follow your guidance on how to come out of our behaviors also . You have thought me so much and I'll definitely be setting up circles of women and men, in the future, bringing awareness. I feel this was a life lesson for me to of learned from both perspectives as this narcissistic behavior in him and patterns have always been there, it's doesn't happen over night but I feel it can get worse and maybe certain types are targeted as lower vibrational beings are feed off negative energies. Me talking about it, would be from your perspective also on all your other videos, it's easier for victims to understand rather than making up an excuse to stay in this type of pattern of relationship.

2 things I feel I have to say. 1) yes, mental illness/disorders and addictions have been likened to demons by many and in my own experiences with them I completely understand that point of view and have thought that myself. 2) the idea of external and internal, our point of view being subjective, never heard the exorcizing spirits story... trippy man, very informative and entertaining.

I don’t think but I know from experience that demons will attack us when we are sad in some way. I been bullied, abused, breakups, had loved ones die & been incarcerated. I’ve gone though Hell & didn’t know how to cope. All I wanted to do is leave this world from all the pains & sufferings I’ve gone tbrough. I’ve had night terrors to hearing voices to hurt myself & others. I started taking Meds in 93 for severe depression & seeing Therapists. I ended up being in & out of Metal Hospitals. It wasn’t until 2005 where I about ended someone’s life & I hated how I was feeling. I didn’t know if there was really a God & took some dusty scriptures of the shelf to pray. After I prayed that book was opened & underlined was the answer to my prayer. It was as if the Lord himself was speaking to me & when I got done reading about I have the spirit of contention & that things should be done away I felt the hand of the Lord remove that anger from me. I turned my whole heart over to the Lord & He told me to get off those Meds. I found out I become violent on most Meds & I was spiritually sick not mentally. No Dr or Therapist believed that I had Demons after me & they did not want me off of Meds. I was still suffering on the inside & only thing that Meds did to me was drug me up to not hurt others or myself. With the Lord’s help I got off Meds & He removed the Demons from me. I’ve been around alot of people with Mental Illness & even my own Mother. You start talking to them about God & they start freaking out. It’s like some sort of trance like their possessed. One thing I noticed in group therapy is that others will speak about how they been abused all the time & won’t forgive them. I prayed for my abuser & wrote them a letter how wrong it was. I didn’t want to & it was hard but I hatted how miserable I was. After I learned to forgive after so many hurtful years It’s hard to remember what they did to me & it dosen’t hurt me anymore. To not let those demons back into me I follow the Lord & serve others. I tell others that the Lord is my Therapist & His Gospel are my Meds.

What we focus on grows stronger. ❤

Hi Richard. My very old Malay mother in law also taught me in this way - there was no physical teaching that occurred but it was about using plants for medicine not martial arts. She made the intention to take me on and then I just somehow was shown and knew the wisdom without ever having an official "lesson" from her, not really even a conversation.

Hi RG ! Yes to everything you said . Yes I had experiences, bout 20 years ago - and there was a witness even , so I couldn’t even write it off as a hallucination. Instinctively I firmly chose the Light , firmly declared my NON INTEREST, and yes to all you said , in my experience. Why entertain that construct , right ? If there’s one , then there’s the other , I know which I am and which I choose to return to if I stray . Staying authentic I find is key , bc my commitment is to the truth , so obv uncovering truth often means going through the dark places to bring the Light in right ? But some shit is just asking for a hassle and I’m not into it - and like I said , I know where I stand , even if I forget for a bit - my commitment is to remember asap and I do . Evil spirits can enter someone's body at any time, however that person needs to already be a vibrational match to the evil entity. In other words, by the Law of Attraction, like attracts like. But I do like what Richard says here, it doesn't matter because if you are having that experience then it's a real experience for you. With all that said, just because you are feeling depression, difficulties etc., does not mean that you are possessed.

I really needed to hear this today. Your video came into my reccomdations (which was weird cuz all I watch on here is news and comedy) I'm gonna sub to your channel now lol.
