I don't understand why women don't send that "suicidal" ex a suicide hotline, block them, and call it a day. I had an ex who did that. He threatened to kill himself and leave a note for the world to know how I was the reason. I simply sent him a suicide hotline as well as a hotline for people with depression and blocked him. That way if he ever did go through with it (which they never do) I wouldn't be in legal hot water because I "tried" my best to "stop the situation" by "providing" him access to hotlines rather than ignoring or encouraging the situation. Dusties have nothing to lose and therefore believe you also have nothing to lose. Be careful with that suicidal and/or crazy ex. They can land you in deep waters with the law. And about a month later I heard he was fooling around with a chick at his little job. These dusties lie and will continue to lie and guilt trip you. Wake up ladies.

This is sadly so true-I has an experience where I helped him (financially and in every way I could) and never received anything back. The moment I needed some of the help, especially financials due to job loss, he just disappeared as if we never knew each other for years. Guys are heartless and most of them don’t care 1% about how are you doing.

She Ra, I have truly become an asshole, not just because of my experiences but also because of your wonderful advice. I currently have a couple losers, that I'm TOTALLY NOT interested in whatsoever, that keep sniffing after me. One was a friend, until I levelled up, and he was no longer good enough for me, among other things. It's a long story, but he also said/did some inappropriate, un-friendlike things. I've tried dropping hints and distancing myself from him, but he STILL keeps bothering me, so I told him he owed me some money (which I CAN do very easily because I'm a business owner and make my own stuff.). He's actually PAID me!!! The other dumb fool is a neighbor who "fell in love at first sight" and was bugging me pretty fierce awhile back and started up again after buying something off me recently. Sooooo... I told him that I CHARGE for my precious time, for simple male companionship services. He's booking an appointment!!! LMFAO!!!! BTW, I will not acknowledge trolls 🙂

I remember my high school bf threatened suicide. It wasnt funny to me but i did call 911. They made him spend one night in the hospital...he said his dad was angry but in the long run they learn people care. He lived to get remarried twice and have more kids....so ... Dont play

SheRaSeven is absolutely right about dusty exes who threaten suicide. I had one that I was nice to (pitied him) years ago, who kept me on the phone all damned night, crying and begging. I finally got him off the phone & since this was an old teen line in my parent’s house, I had the number disconnected. Almost 20 years later, after I’d gotten married & moved to the other side of the country, this fool found out where I worked by searching the Internet (I told them not to post my real name anywhere, but for certain jobs, it can’t be avoided). He called my job ‘s main desk & kept calling, professing undying love. Fortunately, I don’t work at the address listed for my agency, because he’s the kind of desperate dusty who would show up with a weapon! That’s what happens when you’re “nice” to these people who claim they’ll hurt themselves if you don’t stay. You’re NEVER rid of them. They’ll just keep stalking you, hoping you’ll be lonely one day. Just rip off the dusty Band-Aid, ladies! EDITED TO ADD: Despite being told that I wanted no children, this dude’s whole M.O. was to try & get me pregnant, not so I could stay home, but so HE could stay home, because (and I quote): “You’re light-skinned & better educated, so you make more money!” Boy, if ANYONE is staying home, it shouldn’t be the damned man!
