My diabetes is 400 I have just started you exercise but I feel good I was not getting sleep but I am getting sleep and please show me more exercise for my sleep

I love this video you have help me so much I lost my job and my insurance and I suffered from diabetes, leaving me with no medications until I was approved for health insurance again my sugar was very hi and my son send me your videos I did it and felt in love with it. I did this video last week and I really wanted music in the background. I'm so used to doing online exercises with some kind of music in the background, because, as an 80s kid, I move to music daily. It's a good workout and I did sweat, but I wish there was music.
