Im 71kg too and my goal is 55kg I started eating healthier and staying on a calorie budget but i find it hard to exercise cuz i cant go to the gym and It kinda difficult to workout at home with my family around but im working on that love ur videos they keep me motivated 🤍
I think your weight will not change because of the low burn rate to the lack of calories ,so eat more food and continue doing workout ,your weight loss will return it's mostly normal 😘 keep going 😊
I've been needing motivation. I also have been dealing with a lot of binge during my menstrual cycle and I still am not sure of how to deal with my need to eat more during my period without gaining that much weight...
Binge eating is so tough, especially during your period. But I think it is better to eat more and satisfy some cravings than to fight it and end up binge eating. I am also still trying to fix my binge eating, so I know! Be patient and kind to yourself ❤️ I wish you all the best!
It's a tough situation to be in, so I am cheering you on ❤️ I usually eat a lot of carbs and I also need to change this, so I will be trying more low carb recipes in the future. Off the top of my head, I really enjoy protein pancakes, chia seed puddings, vegetable and ham omelets, and quinoa color bowls (with shrimp or chicken, edamame, corn, and tomatoes, etc). I also enjoy making creamy pasta dishes and substituting the pasta with tofu or konjac noodles. I wish you all the best ❤️
