"Pronouns" is not a political term. It's a class of words in linguistics or to be more exact: in grammer. Pronouns are for example "he", "she", "it", "they", but also "you", "I", "those", "these", etc. The pronouns-category on the character-sheet informs you which pronouns should be used when referering to that character in the third person. So far nothing political in the character sheet... ...and if your political opinion is that "There are 2 genders and the rest is insanity!" then the character sheet is perfectly fine with that: just write "she/her" or "he/him" (whichever aplies) and be done with it. (Also I disagree with there only being two genders. Gender expression is performative and depends on the social context and role expectations. For example: "Female" gender expression would be very different in the 1920s compared to the 1890s or to modern times. Female investigator wearing pants: 1890: unthinkable (get arrested for cross-dressing) 1920: unusual (is she a pilot, a factory worker or just came home from horse riding?) 2020: normal (skirt or dress would be rather unusual) )
