This video is extremely helpful for peeps like me who have 'double bowling ball' bellies! I am 5'2" and a 44 inch waist. It was SO difficult for me to mimic the super skinny chic who is teaching this exercise. So difficult in fact, that I KNOW I was not doing it correctly. My pectorals were SO sore the next day, I couldn't even cough properly! Watching this video, I see why. And now, hopefully, I will be able to do it properly.

Thank you for your advice. I have an issue with the breathing. If I have to exhale and inhale in the speed of the movement, I feel like getting a heart attack. It doesn’t come naturally.

The time to complete the exercise depends on many factors: your level of physical fitness; weight, age, personal contraindications, etc. Any workout is performed according to how you feel. You can do it every other day. You can do it every day. Running time too: start with 5 minutes. If you are not tired, extend it for another 5-10 minutes. Try to do the whole workout at once.
