I don't take fish oil or cod liver oil anymore which are sources of EFA's (essential fatty acids). So does that mean I don't think EFA's are essential? Let's talk about that

Good info! I appreciate your videos, so informative. Thanks to you I no longer spend my money on fish oil or cod liver oil. Can you please do a future video on vaccines and autoimmune disease? I didn't get the covid vax and haven't had a flu shot in ten years. But I had two vaccines last year, tetanus and pneumovax. A few months ago I was diagnosed with psoriasis. It is mild and on my scalp. When I was researching what to do naturally for psoriasis, several 'holistic' docs said vaccines trigger autoimmune issues. When I was 32 I had Graves disease, and the doc told me I would be susceptible to getting other autoimmune diseases. Before I was diagnosed with Graves I had not had a vaccine since I was about 7. In my age group the vaccines in childhood were few. The whole subject of vaccines and their dangers is very confusing, so much conflicting information.

Controversial topic, but hopefully, he'll discuss it. There was a study... 2017, that further examined (asia) in relation to thyroid autoimmunity. The authors cited the finding from 2011 study regarding the correlation between the adjuvants used in 'injectables' and risk for autoimmune disorders in susceptible individuals. "...The autoimmune/inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants Shoenfeld and Agmon-Levin in 2011." Perhaps most relevant to your concern is a study (2012) regarding cutaneous psoriasis and the T. injectable you received. Hopefully this helps... healing inflammation and inducing remission of symptoms is often possible via lifestyle and dietary changes.

@@AskCurtis Thank you, Curtis. I'm a new subscriber, enjoy your content, and will subscribe to the newsletter. 😊 Instead of fish oil, what do you recommend for those of us with chronic dry eyes? I've been using Nordic Naturals liquid in a brown glass bottle and haven't noticed any rancidity, but I'm concerned about oxidation even though it's stored in the fridge. Thoughts on borage, flaxseed, sea buckthorn oil, etc? What about freshly ground chia and flaxseeds? How often do you recommend eating wild salmon? Thanks in advance.
