I was surprised how short this game ended up being. Like the first half of the game seems decent enough in length, but then like all of a sudden it's feels almost like it rushes to the end. Also wasn't a fan how parts of the story that would have helped flesh out some of the characters were taken out and sold as DLC.

You know, FFXIII was a shitshow in its own right, but at least the story was actually, you know, complete.

When this game opened with pushing a car I knew it was in trouble

I just played vagrant story, a literal gem from ps1. Totally deserves a remake and would be the God of War of squareenix. And instead the created this game.... And they shove it on every ad they can to this day. They have noctis in tekken , this game suffers from last of us 2 syndrome. They put it everywhere!!

AWWW MAN REALLY. I actually rather liked this game and went out of my way to get the Ultimate Collectors Edition for $250. Now did this live up to hype at release after being in development hell for 10 years...nope, but compared to the horrible 13 trilogy I at least thought FF15 brought the franchise back on track and this was really the first good numerical Final Fantasy game we've had since FFX.

Just beat it for the first time. What a shitty game... i never fished, customized the car, got all the special weapons, barely casted a magic spell, snapped pics when the game forced me, and beat the final boss at lev42. All you do is hack and slash with the first royal sword you get. Thats it, warp strikes and potions. This game requires no thought, and it shows from its terribly awful story.

Hey now, Cars 3 was good. Or at least I think it was. Were there any problems with the story? I found the story of our MC aging and getting beaten by younger competition quite good and how he learned to take on a new role. It was very mature.

Final Fantasy 8 music is not memorable? Not sure if you have not played it, so you left it out. It has some incredible tunes and I could listen to it all day. Also, why insult Gamer Nerds in relation to Cid's daughter? Gamer Nerds are the audience for Final Fantasy. Always have been.

Bit late really 7th. Already platinumed it well over a year ago, and I loved every minute of it. But strangely, I enjoyed the pocket edition on my phone even more

It's a sorry state of affairs when videos of bad-mouthing modern games have more entertainment value than modern games. These kids these days are getting totally screwed over and many don't believe it because it's a normal thing now.

Every side quests I've done which isn't many maybe 10 to 15. Every quest I've done is the generic go fetch this/ kill this then come back. I haven't done many but are there any side quest where this isn't the case

I went back to this game after finishing FFXVI. I had forgotten how much I love FFXV. Especially with the all of the DLC. I'm glad they gave us the option to switch to the other party members.

I agree with the review, I expected more about the game, the story is a mess, a lot of people tell me you have to play it now win the dlc because it feels complete but I don’t have time to go back to a game that I didn’t like

This games is major shit! As a final fantasy fan that played almost all of them I can say without a fact that this game is the worst game I've played in my whole entire life.

All these years later Square hasn't changed a bit. Only thing worthwhiile that they make is FFXIV and even that is in danger. Worst case scenario Nomura becomes director after Yoshi leaves

weren't some of the more important plot points in the anime only? also this video feels like a condensed version of Super Eyepatch Wolf's frustration with this game, but i think you should check him out for a more detailed analysis on the game itself, he's a great dude

Thank you, I'm really glad o find people with similar opinions (well in this case it's actually FACTS that this game sucks). It's good listen to someone ranting about the same damn thing that piss me off. And while FF XII was really plausible and fun things went south starting from XIII, Kingdom Hearts as a standalone title is a nice alternative but they went and done it. Good Job Square Enix. :(

Plus, I've always doubt that Final Fantasy XV spent 10 years in development due to numerous updates and felt like an unfinished game. The graphic's quality in the game looks similar to Watch Dog and even Final Fantasy XIII looks better to be honest.

I tried out Final Fantasy X-2 and lasted maybe 5 hours. The moment I realized I had to change into a dress to cast certain spells was it for me, and don't get me started on XV. Enix just completely destroyed this franchise for me. If it's not a b*tch fest its a sausage fest with these people and they seem to never get it right or just don't care. It is hard for me to grasp the idea that this is partly the same company that made amazing games like Chrono Cross, Xenogears and Final Fantasy 7-10 which were all truly amazing games. I could tell they began slipping once FF 9 came out though. They began this "Chosen one" path and only allowing female characters to summon I think was it for me. This Neo/Matrix horsesh*t in video games needs to end.

If only Gladious would have used his sword on Noctis bend over the Regalia's hood, this mess of a "game(play)" could have some potential. 😬 Only played this crap to the end because ... Lockdown. But hey, you can cook dinner and do other stuff while your controller rests on the sofa as the GAME PLAYS ITSELF. Loooong boring roadtrip from A to B to A. If this is an open world game, the past six month of lockdown in my apartment is an adventurous trip to India!

First 1 or two hours was fine. It was when it got into Noctis' relationship with Luna that sucked... DONT GET ME STARTED WITH THE EMPIRE RAID AND THE END THAT WAS HORRIBLE... I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE YOU THINK THIS IS BETTER THAN XIII??? AT LEAST IT HAD A NICE PLOT THAT CAN BECOME UNDERSTANDABLE AND THE BATTLE SYSTEM WAS MORE AKIN TO OLDER GAMES...

I bought this piece of shit the day I bought my ps4 slim thinking it would be a great RPG. FFXV sucked so much fucking balls. The stupid way to summon and the stupid boring ass gameplay bored me!!!!!

This was supposed to be a beautiful game. This was supposed to be the Versus Epic that the older fans have been hyped for throughout the past ten years of its development. Now it's been sullied by the developers who thought it was a good idea to turn it into yaoi fanfiction galore for all of the thirsty fifteen year old high school girls because that's apparently what sells these days...

The first 5mins of FF15, you push a car. In FF7 you blow up a reactor. FF15 is shit.

I never knew how much I needed this till I clicked on the vid. Final Fantasy has pretty much been dead to me for a long time now. This latest game is like something akin to kicking a dead horse while milking it's corpse dry.

10 years into the development 10 FREAKING YEARRSS. I'm glad I didn't bought it day one because I hear from someone this game was terrible. Should we expect FF7 remake to be amazing? I don't think so, maybe square enix is gonna prove me wrong.

I bought the game for $30, never played it and never will. It remains shrink-wrapped on my shelf because I have better shit to play. Final Fantasy died to me as soon as XIII came out. I just go back and play 1 through XII. Still hoping that one day I'll see and HD remaster of VIII on the PSN as I have VII HD, IX HD, X&X2, and XII: Zodiac Age.
