Dougherty Dozen - All The Lies We Know About So Far 

Parenting really matters so much. My first cousin grew up without a lot financially - both of her parents were on disability. Now, she’s married to a wealthy business owner - they have a primary lakefront residence with all of the fun expensive toys to play with on the water, and with a secondary home in the mountains. She and her husband each drive new $75,000+ SUVs. But, she still buys most of her own clothes and most of her kids’ clothes from thrift stores, buys them used books, etc. I took her kids shopping one day, and they were shocked at how expensive everything was. The only things they’d let me buy them were frozen yogurt and a few pieces of candy. They send me handwritten thank you notes for every birthday/Christmas gift I give them. Those kids have plenty of excuses to be spoiled brats, but they are so sweet, thankful, and grounded - largely because of how my cousin is raising them.

Imagine if Lush decided to sponsor actual poor children. Some parents work to the bone and still can’t afford what their kids want. Lush is wasting money and wasting all these gifts on kids who don’t care bc of the amount of stuff they get. Not that people deserve things they can’t afford, but if I had expendable cash, you best believe I would share that. I got donations and sponsors as a child, and it’s the only reason I got COOL stuff for Christmas and my parents didn’t have to pick bills or gifts.

I wrote this to Alicia today. But it got(shocker)deleted pretty fast for some reason. So I will post it here, so she can read it here instead. Presence just doesn’t have a price. And I cant express that enough. Just being there for someone, not doing something, but just your presence. Sometimes people dont need you to fix anything. They just need you to sit with them. Please be present with your children Alicia.

It's wierd how family vlogs rarely show siblings giving gifts to siblings on holidays. In my childhood I was taught the joy of giving and it was a huge joy of the holidays.

What’s disgusting is Patrick is older then Dayshawn - yet she treats and exploits Dayshawn like he’s a grown man.

Josh ur right about how ppl find out. I started just watching them & not realising, then your videos & other videos started popping up & it really opened my eyes to child exploitation! Keep doing what you’re doing.

Lush takes away their identity and personality by making them all dress the same, makes them answer the same question and having them do the same activities. There is no individual care catered to what they really love and to speak their love language. It’s like she run a large factory and just makes copies of everything she does.

She really is a wolf in sheep’s clothing with bad eyeliner. I bet when they run out of money she can just open her own store in their garage since they own pretty much everything. But I’m excited to see what the kids will do if they move out. Z’s definitely going to write a bestseller roasting the heck out of her. Speaking of roasting, who wants to bet Josh D burned the turkey again this year? 😂

Even Patrick looked annoyed in the roll call and he always seems so sweet and happy. 💔

I'm still really upset that Alicia shut down Patrick saying anything about his brother on camera. That is not ok.

There was one video of making after school snack board and yoh could see the kids grabbing snacks from the pantry. 😂

It’s sad that these kids (may) not be liked, because the way they’re raised. It is not their fault, they have so much potential and their parents are completely ruining them. It breaks my heart. Honestly so GRATEFUL for this channel, because you’re an advocate for the protection of children.

I’m always so sad to see how her adopted children’s appearance has changed over the years. They look so unhealthy now. You can see it in their faces.

I wonder what school is like for these kids? I got bullied because my parents owned a nail salon and their moms went to get their nails done and they'd see me working there to help out on the weekends and i once had to do my bullies pedicure for prom because she calked and specifically scheduled with me. I didn't tell my mom until after, but she banned the girl and her mom from the salon after i finally told her.

Poor Zoey has said a few times that she didn’t want to be filmed. On one of the school clothes shoping trips she sat on the floor most of the time because she didn’t want to be part of it.

From what I understand, Mr beast wants to spend all his money doing good works, he said he doesn't want to die having money, he wants to make videos that are fun because he likes doing it, and then he spends all his profit on charity and making the world a better place. I'm ok with that. I know he gets hate for the good works he's doing, but those are just bitter people who will find negative in literally anything. If I had his money, I would help others too, so I'm glad he does it.

WHY do we need to know their ages ffs or what grade or what their fav chocolate bar is???? It never ends these roll calls, then they get sent gifts NO doubt on every little thing they say IS their fav etc. Age and Grades is a huge NO IMO for stalkers etc. Even showing A jersey for football is really bad. that includes all the kids sports teams ! UGH
