Very poorly too, like how non English speaking countries often translate titles into something completely nonsensical. I'm from Norway, I should know. Anyway, the translation was "We don't have a doctor" in Swedish. So basically "Dr? No."

Having a bit of knowledge of TV producing (father's job), I can tell you, you must consider the possibility of the props being rented. It's probably the case. Of course I could be wrong, and it's not like renting them is cheap, but it'd definitely cut the cost by a lot.
