alcohol helps ur body not tense up, but that is an urban legend at this point fairly certain
@sdb9884
@sdb9884 Год назад
It’s because the bodies of those under the influence tend to be extremely relaxed. Their natural instinct to brace for impact is too dulled to react in time. That is likely why the young kids survived. They probably didn’t even know it was coming because that was really fast. The baby died because it was thrown out of the vehicle at a high velocity. From what the witness said, the baby was thrown quite a ways. The fact that the driver needed so much pain relief could be because of high tolerance from drugs or alcohol, so a normal amount isn’t as effective.

A good lawyer would blame the boyfriend and say the argument caused her to have a psychotic episode which led to the incident. .. and bring in a psychiatrist to confirm that it is in fact possible to go temporarily insane because of anger... If they do it right I bet she could get the lightest sentence possible, and have a chance at early parole pending psychiatric treatment.

People ask "why the driver that caused the crash survives more often?" Simple its physics and nature. The person that caused the crash is moving with the speed of the vehicle, less shock when it comes to an abrupt stop because they are traveling with the same motion. The victums recieve the biggest abrupt shock of movement which is way more severe than already being in the motion of the force that caused the situation.

Why do you need to see her face? That’s such an American thing. You don’t need to know her. Other countries don’t do that. You can still hate her and judge her without seeing her. Her identity doesn’t change anything. This is why actual innocent people’s lives (not talking about this driver) are ruined. They are plastered all over the news and harassed by the public … and still harassed after they are found innocent. Their lives are ruined and it happens all the time because people want to “see them, unveil them”. F’ckin’ A.

OMG.. Imaging a baby landing next to you, minding your own pump,.. Seeing that.. And you're not even physically hurt. The traumatic experience is real. Now translate that to the parents and family of that baby, those children,..Jesus.. A dead pregnant woman and baby,.. This is horrific. I hope she doesn't get away with this, as the killer of Nicki Minaj's dad did. Probation after a hit a run, fleeting the scene, going into hiding and tampering evidence, blatantly obstructing justice.. And he got 1 year in jail, $5,000 fine and had his driver's license suspended for six months. That's the worth of a human life in the USA when it comes to vehicular manslaughter, regardless of the obstruction and the fleeting the scene of an accident.
