*****ABOUT THIS RECIPE!*****
This gluten-free buckwheat bread is made with whole buckwheat groats (REINTRO ALERT, not elimination phase compliant), sunflower seeds (or flax, chia or pumpkin seed- all reintros), a bit of fruit puree, salt, water, vinegar or lemon juice and baking soda.
No rise time required, no advanced baking skills required! It's very inexpensive and easy to make and it's SO GOOD!!!!
I like to sprinkle caraway or poppy seeds (both reintros) on top sometimes and will be experimenting with a pumpernickel version for a future video!
*****Please note that This recipe is NOT AIP elimination phase compliant. It contains buckwheat and seeds which are both reintroductions.**** IT IS however, gluten free, dairy free, egg-free, yeast free and flavor FULL! ;)

I’m Stacey. I’m an ACE Certified Health Coach and full time Personal Trainer as well as a former Certified AIP Coach through Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt’s practitioner program.
I have reversed all symptoms of my celiac disease, leaky gut and chronic fatigue with diet and lifestyle. I have also suffered from alopecia, anxiety and brain fog which have resolved without the use of medication.
My AIP journey included a few troubleshooting steps because of histamine issues and unique intolerances but now I feel amazing! I feel better in my 40’s than I ever have in my life!
I started AIP in November 2015 and followed the protocol for years without a dishwasher or oven (or microwave!) and on a single bartender budget with very little spare time. (Now I finally have an oven, lol…) I truly believe that if I could do AIP under those circumstances then so can you and I want to show you how!
(I have since been able to reintroduce some nuts, seeds, seed- based spices, etc but I keep my RU-vid recipes 100% AIP elimination phase compliant!)
