Very good information Ma'am, I was not able to find out the reason for fatigue and breathlessness, I too feel pulpitation on the top of my head, though I have managed to control my BP without medication.

Thank you maam for the very helpful exercises, I have this posture issue from past 10 years or more... I am sure by regularly doing these exercises will help me to get straight posture. While doing these exercises I am getting tingly feelings into my hands especially when crawling hand up on the wall and bending elbow to my shoulder ... Please advise

Good one Mam... explained in a simple manner.. more than that your positivity that induces positivity in us . Can you take some sessions for neck and throat .. I feel some weakness over my neck muscles and neck postures ..also weakness over throat muscles also ..To get over this I always stretch my neck backwards and towards front .. it has become an habit , but of no use .. can you advice on that please ♥️
