Ingredients: 450ml water, 30g of 2-inch green onion, 8g of thinly sliced green onion,15g bone broth powder, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp salted shrimp, 1Tbsp minced garlic, 40g beef brisket, a pinch of black pepper, 1Tbsp perilla seed powder1 green chili pepper
Condiments: 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp salted shrimp, 1Tbsp mirim, 2Tbsp red chili pepper powder, 1Tbsp minced garlic
