Hello everyone! Today, I'm sharing a recipe for Sundaeguk, a representative Korean soup dish.
Sundaeguk is a broth-based dish made with sundae (blood sausage) and various other ingredients.
It's a popular winter comfort food enjoyed for its warm and comforting broth and chewy sundae.

Ingredients: 450ml water, 30g of 2-inch green onion, 8g of thinly sliced green onion,15g bone broth powder, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp salted shrimp, 1Tbsp minced garlic, 40g beef brisket, a pinch of black pepper, 1Tbsp perilla seed powder1 green chili pepper
Condiments: 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp salted shrimp, 1Tbsp mirim, 2Tbsp red chili pepper powder, 1Tbsp minced garlic
