Hello everyone!
Today, I'm excited to share a recipe for one of Korea's most popular stir-fries: Tuna Kimchi Stir-fry.
Kimchi is a fermented Kimchi Cabbage dish that is a staple of Korean cuisine.
It has a sour, spicy, and salty flavor that pairs perfectly with the savory tuna and vegetables in this stir-fry.
This delicious dish is a great way to use up leftover kimchi and it's a quick and easy meal that's perfect for a busy weeknight."
Tuna Kimchi Stir-fry is a flavorful and versatile dish that can be enjoyed as a main course or as a side dish.
It's also a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables.
Ingredients: 600g Kimchi, 30g Green Onion, 100g Onion, 1 King Oyster Mushroom or 2 Mushroom, 1 Green Chili Pepper, 1 Canned Tuna, 30ml Water, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Condiments: 1 Tbsp Sugar, Black Pepper to taste, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Mirim, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

I live in Korea and I'm uploading videos introducing Korean recipes.
I'm mainly introducing Korean food, but instead of traditional recipes, I'm introducing recipes that can be cooked in an easier way using ingredients that are currently used in Korean households.
As a result, you can use imported ingredients instead of Korean ingredients.
Just because a recipe is Korean doesn't mean it's made with only Korean ingredients.
I'm just saying this in case you get the wrong idea.
