@@oscarchagoya5985 The lemon will stay fresh enough to benefit you. Use a good sealed container of course. I have often done this. Naturally it won’t be as good as a freshly squeezed lemon, but it’s worth doing to keep the juice longer if you need to. Why not just keep the lemons and squeeze them as you need them?

How very refreshing to find a doctor so concise with his information. Most of these other on line Doctors( ?) waffle on for about 30minutes and end up suggesting that you buy their tablets at around £40 per bottle, which are totally ineffective for me!

Try to do more walking and elevate your feet above the heart when you’re having a rest. I suggest just eating meat, seafood, chicken and above ground vegetables until the swelling goes away. Avoid sugar and carbohydrates like bread, potatoes, rice and corn at this time. Also try to sleep well. 8+ hours a night!
He he, doubled my dose of Candisartan to 32mg today and my BP has gone back up 215/107/ pulse53 been above 200 for years, I think I will see doc again.

Everything on this list, except seafood, is also very high in oxolates and damaging to the body especially in large amounts, like eaten every day. Oxolates cause alot of damage in the body, and damages the mitochondria. So this list is very unhelpful for anyone with urinary problems, digestive problems and autoimmune problems.
Are you only eating meat, seafood and chicken? I just ate meat for a few months and there was a great improvement. No salads even! I know - boring, but it works!

I agree that fiber in fruits and vegetables is full of vitamins and ingredients we don’t want to miss out on, but it doesn’t have to either or; you still get plenty of benefits in a fiber-less drink from a juicer, but eating whole fruit and vegetables (or with fiber left in) is also helpful
Doctor, I get high blood pressure after consuming beetroot juice. Not once but many times I checked. I drink beetroot juice, I get high blood pressure and take Telsartan tablet to lower my blood pressure. Any idea ,why?
There are quite a few caveats in the information. Dr Kim is carefully giving all the information, and the overtone is “maybe.” But incorporating these foods would be painless - except for beet juice.
Go off sugar and carbohydrates! Just eat meat, eggs, butter, seafood or chicken. No alcohol. Sleep 8+ hours a day and go for relaxing walks. All the best.
